Me and my friend stayed here for 3 nights in the beginning of July, 2014. We were expecting something quite horrible since it was so cheap but we were very surprised when we got there! For us it was great, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. It was clean, the location was great and the staff was just extremely... More

I love this place! It's the cheapest place you'll find that close to the strip. I've stayed here twice when visiting Las Vegas on my travels. The rooms are clean, front desk were friendly and helpful and the pool is a really good size for a motel! If you want luxury then this place may not be for you, but... More

If a room costs $50 per weekend night in Vegas, I obviously have much lower expectations than I would for the $150 per night property across the street. Add to that these Tripadvisor reviews and you should be able to make an informed choice. So, I actually did expect the shower water temperature to turn from glacial to geyser -... More

Not sure where to start. With the drug dealers, roaches, scalding hot water turning ice cold 5 times in 20 seconds. This place is a safety hazard. If you get shot cant say I didnt tell you so. If this is americas best value, im frosty the snowman.

Dirty, smelly! Sheets were stained, room reeked of cigarette smoke. Stated next door to a prostitute and were surrounded by others. The laundry rooms are infested with roaches and our toilet was clogged. Somewhere I will never visit again, even thought it was cheap.

I stayed here strictly for the fact it was cheap and it's a short walk to MGM Grand. It did the job at the best cost. Everything in the room is basic but I did not expect anything more when only paying $35-$55 per night (I stayed weekday and weekend nights).

I stayed here for a convention in June recently. My first issue was the incident fee. I booked this room ahead of time and was told there was no incident fee. Upon arrival it was a different story. Needless to say I had to make arrangements in my budget. Most rooms do charge an incident fee but the amount in... More

I flew from Ireland for 3 nights on my own for a UFC event in the MGM. The price was brilliant for 3 nights stay. I had no problems with Americas Best Value Inn. Everything was clean and on point. The only gripe I would have is that I was down the very back and it was a bit of... More

A/C didn't do much other than drown out the sound of swat teams and drug busts. The 17" TV worked ok, but a few of the channels sounded like accidentally calling a fax machine. The pool and spa were shut down for my entire stay. Good thing I have a master's degree or I wouldn't have been able to figure... More
