Nestled near the LV Blvd strip and Hooters and MGM, this hotel has great access for the price. If you are in the room for more than just getting zzzzsss, such as pool & gym, then this is not for you. It served my simple needs for a simple place to stay at a reasonalbe weekly rate.

Very good price, great access to everything. Restaurant out front has good, affordable food, good service. Inn staff were very good, room was small, but fine for a short stay. Room was clean. Neighborhood was HORRIBLE!!!! Awoke in the middle of the night to a screaming match between a prostitute and customer, then awoke later to loud talking next to... More

this is not a fancy casino hotel with all the bells and whistles. It is and old property that has been updated nicely. It is a very basic no frills place to stay while you are out enjoying Las Vegas. I stayed here a week for the price it would have gotten me one or two days on the strip.... More

I travel extensively and have been in many America's best value Inn (and suites) many times in many towns. I like to save money and know how not to pick roach motels along my trips. This ABVI is not far from the strip and when I first arrived I saw all white people at the front desk, so I thought... More

They advertise free wireless internet (and that something I always look for when I book any place anywhere) but there was no internet available in the room. I called the management and they simply told me that the internet was optional, was not included and she did hang up the phone on me when I was complaining about that (that... More

I stayed in room 196 during the CES 2015. The room was very clean (which is really important for me), pleasant-smelling and well maintained. Most importantly the bathroom was very clean with plenty of fresh towels. All taps and drains worked. They had even decorated the toilet paper. The staff were very friendly and humble. No hidden fees. The location... More

I will not be staying there again. I got in around 10pm, turned on the heater/ac unit. Sounded like a diesel truck idling next to bed. Called front desk & was told nobody available to fix it. Next morning, as I was going out for the day, I stopped by the front desk, asking them to fix the heater and... More

First of all, props to no CES price gouging. A lot of hotels jack prices by 100-300%, their prices stayed the same. A 6 minute walk to the MGM and the monorail. There's a decent breakfast place and 24/7 convenience store within 200 feet; the store has an amazing beer selection, BTW. Don't expect this to be the MGM; it's... More

the strip is walking distance from the hotel. Staff was friendly. They even allowed us to store our luggage since we arrived before check in time. There's a co We were here only for one night and found it to be really very clean and convenient. Rooms are small but good value for money.

First of all we spent 3 nights in this hotel. Even though the price is pretty cheap, but you might willing to spend a little extra money for better hotel. The first night we arrived, the tap for shower was broke. We called the front desk and waited 15 mins+ for the room service to come fix it. The next... More
