I booked with TripAdvisor with no problems. I received very clear confirmation how much the room would cost and even have that confirmation via email. Upon check-in, I was informed of an additional "amenities fee" that absolutely was not disclosed. Total bait-n-switch. I even looked for fine print later. I politely contacted TripAdvisor (via email) and received a response a... More

two weeks ago I went to Vegas for a conference and my friend booked a hotel at "La quinta." Who would have known "La quinta" is WAY BETTER than palace station. I returned to vegas with my family this week and was super excited because palace station was recommended to us by a couple of friend but I was awfully... More

I am currently staying at the Palace and I have got to say it is one of the most depressing experiences of my life. A dated, stale parody of everything bad about suburban casinos in one neat package. Let's check them off. Hidden fees? Check. A $14 resort fee for free wifi, which doesn't work unless you pay a fee.Poor... More

My friend and I stayed in the Courtyard for one night, and I must say that it wasn't as bad as people say it is... at first we got a room next to a loud family and right away we went to the front desk to see if we could change it to a nicer and more peaceful one and... More

Did not stay here but had breakfast in the café and played video poker for a few hours. Casino has a great variety of slots and video poker. Café food is good, and their newer restaurants, the Charcoal Room and Little Tony's Pizza and Pasta, look very interesting. Oyster Bar is always busy. Have stayed here in the past, and... More

This review is for the buffet only. The food was totally acceptable. The price was very good and with a coupon from American casino guide bogo it was amazing! ! Highly recommend. The casino appeared to have a good selection of slot machines.

The hotel was very nice and when planning and booking our vacation it seemed like a nice hotel for a good price. However when we got there we found out about all the hidden fees. My fiancé and I are big on privacy and tend to travel with our laptops and tablets. As such we don't like having our room... More

I had a great rate, but which I had paid a bit more for something a little nicer. The area was 'courtyard'. Sounded lovely. Was a small old building behind the main tower. Dirty and dingy halls and building, creepy parking lot. The room was clean enough but terribly tiny. The bathroom almost too small. I am not a fan... More

When I first booked this hotel I was already made aware of the amenity charge. But what I did not know was that they charge daily per stay. Meaning if you stayed for three nights you are paying $16.79 x 3 = $50.37. On top of that, you have to pay $5.99 per day for Wifi. For $16.79 per day,... More
