The tower rooms are nicer than the courtyard, but they cost more too. Not top of the line casino, but nice and average. The last time I stayed here we got the room on line and it was only $29.00 During the shot show this time the room was over $100.00 Moral of the story, book a room on line... More

We stayed in the Courtyard rooms because the Tower rooms were booked. There was several conventions going on and rooms were at a premium. Husband liked these location as he could park the car just outside the door instead of the parking garage. Other pros for Palace Station: The staff is very personable, lots of food choices. Cons: the Courtyard... More

If you plan to stay here you gotta stay in one of their tower rooms above 10th floor because it has a better city view. However the carpets are old and possibly have mites. The Casino is on the ground floor and as u enter the casino it smells really nasty and is really smoky. Their buffet is really great... More

One of the front desk employees- Christina- stood out as very professional; she provided quick, responsive service. My group had several short-notice requests, and the Palace Station folks accommodated them very well. Thanks guys-

The worst it was the waiting times. Both, for the check-in and check-out, we were first in line and despite this fact, both time we had to wait over 20 minutes! The lady on the counter was speaking on the phone and doing stuff on the computer. Quite a long line of people waiting but she didn't seem to care... More

I will start with the positives! We got a great rate, being we were only there one night on a holiday weekend. Room was spacious (tower section), bed was comfortable! Employee's through out the hotel were very nice and friendly. Our dinner at the Grand Cafe was so good. My husband had prime rib, awesome! I had the shrimp linguine,... More

I had originally booked a room in the courtyard, but after looking at TripAdvisor reviews, I decided that wasn't the best option. I re-booked for a tower room, and it was nice. The hotel room is quite adequate. It's comfortable with nice finishes. My room needed new carpeting, but otherwise it was good. The staff throughout the hotel and casino... More

Booked online as coordinated visit with friends. Initially had basic non tower room and it was dissapointeing, older hotel incorporated into the complex. room smelled of carpet fresh, celing had some stains, generally not what I had expected. For $30 a night I upgraded and had 18th floor view out of tower, totally worth the upgrade. Quiet, clean, good quality... More

This is a terrible casino. The bathrooms on the Casino floor are filthy, I have never seen such deplorable conditions. I can't believe that grown women do not know how to flush a toilet. Why is this such a mess?
