My husband and I met our son, his wife, and our grandson at Palace Station. My husband had a card tournament being held there, so we didn't really have a choice of hotels, so I was reticent. I needn't have been. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the maid did a superb job of cleaning it. The water smelled weird,... More

I'm so happy and satisfied with there service very accommodating. Valet parking people are very friendly. Clean and neat room. Surely we will come back again and I can refer it to my friends and family's to give a try for this hotel. Good luck and keep up the good work.

Room was in very good condition with 2 very nice queen beds. Service was also very good. I was not impressed by the buffet but the other restaurants were good and I enjoyed their food. The shuttle service to the airport and the strip were clean and well staffed.

I wound up paying WAY TOO MUCH for a room in the so-called "Luxury" Tower. I stayed in the courtyard 4 years ago and I dont remember that room being so bad. After reading some of the reviews on here, I decided to pay more (way more) for the Tower and really wound up regretting it. I had a nice... More

Was in Vegas for my brothers open heart surgery so wanted to stay close to the UMC medical center. We were provided rooms in the courtyard for a very reasonable price. The rooms were nothing fancy like the Bellagio (neither was the price) but they were clean and housekeeping took care of things each day. You could hear the noise... More

I just completed a six day gambling extravaganza in Vegas and went to a HUGE variety of places. I stayed in Caesars, traveled the Strip, went down to Fremont, etc...and I had a blast, BUT, everywhere had major pluses and minuses. It is really hard to get a drink most places and a lot of the gambling is difficult or... More

I want to start off by saying, we've stayed at a lot of hotels in Las Vegas over the years and Palace Station has to be one of the best. We had booked a tower room in July to visit for Halloween. Upon arrival at McCarren Airport, we found our way to Palace Station's free shuttle service to the hotel... More

Our previous stay was over 15 years ago and we returned for a mid-week, one-night stay at the remodeled Tower, next to the covered parking lot & casino. Our room was comfortable, clean and good sized - it's not a luxury 5 stars property but very good with our special casino rate + taxes, fees & yes, resort fees (it's... More

Stayed here for one night. Very disappointed for the price I spent. Ended up staying in the courtyard which was a bad idea. Initially I booked for a non - smoking with a King bed but was given smoking with a double bed. The room was okay and smelled of smoke. Walls are very thin so you can hear everyone... More

We had stayed at the Palace Station once about 10 years ago (in the courtyard area) and had a bad experience and swore we would never come back. After 10 years and a much needed renovation, we thought we'd give it another try. Booking the room was a very pleasant experience and Sandy was great, Booked a room in the... More
