The shuttle driver to the Strip routinely leaves too early instead of waiting until the listed departure time. She also came 15 minutes late and was rude to me when I asked her about it. The customer service desk was not sympathetic and told me I can always take a taxi. They let taxi drivers eat for free at the... More

My daughter and I spent 5 nights at the Palace Station. We were initially in a Courtyard room, which was pretty awful. Late on the second day of our stay I asked if we could upgrade to the Tower. It was a bit complicated because the room was in my daughter's name, and she wasn't available (she was playing in... More

Stayed here a few times now. There are two types of rooms, you want a old motel feel from I'm guessing the 70s era(not in a bad way at all, just old) then choose a garden room. I suggest though going for the minimal increase in cost a spring for a tower, much newer (90s era) and more of what... More

I guide rock climbing. It takes a lot for me to complain, I'm used to sleeping in really weird places, but I´ve never had to pay money to sleep in such a unpleasant place. I'll start with the good: my flight was delayed, I got to the hotel at around 12:00AM and they attended, no problem. I booked a king... More

We ended up at this station property because the others were sold out on the dates we wanted to go to Vegas for a class I was taking. So we booked a room here. We got upgraded to a king suite which was SO nice! The jacuzzi bath tub was so luxurious and the bed was so comfortable. I almost... More

Ok so we stayed at Palace station in Vegas. Did the discounted room rate thru vegas.com still ended up spending $400 dollars for 2 rooms for the weekend. Got stuck in the courtyard rooms and trust me these rooms need to be updated. No coffee makers. Dirty carpets and curtains. Beds where clean and some what comfortable.
