I loved everything about it! I went alone and the staff and room were nice. I stayed in the courtyard and I didn't think it was as bad as ppl made it out to be. For a Courtyard it was nice. My bed was comfy and so were all my amazing pillows! The housekeeping lady Betty was a total sweetheart...... More

Since you will be doing a lot of running in Las Vegas, this is an OK place for a rest. It does have flat screen Tv and a decent shower. The rooms are badly numbered you may feel like you are in a funhouse maze trying to get to your room in the courtyard. That part is the cheapest. They... More

Weekend gateway off of Highway 15. We stay in the courtyard part of the hotel. The rooms should had been number more proper, so we know the directions. The clerk was pleasant doing check-in. You are in the hotel and then walk outside to the rooms.

While having dinner, drinks were empty and Server did not even bother if we want some more drinks. We asked for refill and still no drinks. Our dishes were taken away while we were eating so for us not to be a bother to them, we asked them for boxes to box our food. While playing/gambling in the casino, our... More

They charged us over $16.00 each night for services we didn't need or use. Pool was too cold to enter, we didn't need a phone, they told us the internet was free but it was part of the fees. We will never go back and will not recommend it. Other patrons were nosy and low life.

Not honest in room booking and reservation. Service : 1 star for not honest in room reservation. Gave us a room not the one we've reserved. Room : 1 star. Super noisy. Never ever stay in any room this bad. Casino : OK. Service in casino is ok but really old fashioned. And food is not good. Facility : People... More

We have stayed at Palace Station several times before (in the Courtyard twice and the towers 3 times), but never again! The Courtyard was never great, but not too bad! This trip we came into Vegas for one night on the way to Pahrump and recommended to our friends that we do the one night at the Palace Station. We... More

Check in: I just spent the weekend at the Palace Station Hotel and it was the worst hotel stay ever! We arrived at the hotel around 7pm after a long flight from Texas. Our reservation was for a king room in the courtyard area with a view of the pool. Marlen, a front desk agent, tells us that she doesn't... More

The front desk staff seemed to all be very confused about how to operate the computer, nor did they have any Standard Operating Procedures for efficiency, or providing accurate information. I observed every front desk member leave the desk to conference with some supervisor who sat behind the glass door like the Wizard of Oz, who in that same respect... More
