From the moment we arrived until our departure it was an awful experience, their lack of service made us feel unwelcome (bell man Erick was unrespectful; yelled at us on our way to the lobby, during check in, we never saw a smile from the front desk lady), room was old and even it was a "non smoking room", the... If you are planning a trip to LV, you will not go wrong with the NYNY hotel. Location is great and within walking distance of all major attractions and hotels along the strip. It is probabbly one of the smaller casinos of the major hotels (when i saw smaller it is still huge!) but it has everything and more you... More

Like all good Vegas hotels, NY NY was visually stunning! Arguably the best looking/designed hotel in Vegas. The outside facade is fantastic, and is only matched by the interior that is designed to look like a NY street scene. Location is pretty good - right on the south side of the strip. The room was relatively large, and clean. our... More

Stayed at this hotel for three nights - loved it! The staff was wonderful and let us check in early without any extra fee. The elevators were fast, the room was peaceful, beds were comfortable, and water pressure was good. There wasn't a tea or coffee maker, so we did have to buy that downstairs. The decor around the hotel... More

We stayed for 5 nights we are not gambles but the casino side of the hotel was amazing... The rooms were nice but no coffee pots or fridges in the rooms we asked for them as we had a baby and they only had a fridge we had to buy hot water from Starbucks.. Buffet breakfast in chin chin was... More

We stayed here for three nights in one of the New Yorker towers. We went through a bunch of the hotels on the strip and this was the most fun. Its not all about the shops, and its easy to get through since its smaller inside, unlike most of the others which require long walks from one end to the... More

Check in was a breeze, our room was well appointed and extremely quiet. My only con was that the public areas were so dark, maybe it was to get a feeling of NYC at night?A lot of the other hotels were so bright and cheery.Anyway the buffet breakfast was great, better than eating at dennys across the street.More food ,better food and the same... New York New York was by far our favourite hotel in Vegas for atmosphere and entertainment, so pleased we booked it. We were in the most basic room and it was spot on, couldn't have wanted for more. Everything was spotless and staff were always very friendly and helpful. Great location too. Lots to see and do in just this... More

Lots to do, places to eat, close to many nearby events. Rooms are average but hotel makes up for the rest. The only negative is the pool is closed due to renvoations and we have to go to a neighboring hotel pool. I would think that they would do away with the resort fees for this inconvenience. More

My husband and I stayed 4 days, I was disappointed. Their pool was shut down for repairs, but know warned us! The room was very small, but it had a big bathroom and a comfortable bed. I expected more to do there then there was, just a few restaurants and a few bars. Hard to get drinks while at casino. More
