Warning! Make sure you do your own homework when it comes to finding out good deals on shows and tours - or anything else for that matter because the Concierge Supervisor (I believe her name is Danielle) is completely rude!!! I called from my room to see what fun activities were currently going on for me and my family, and... More

It was nice to get some sun for a few days. Grounds were beautiful. Room was clean but in need of minor cosmetic repair. great restaurants especially the blues cafe. Not impressed with the Red, White and Blue restaurant. I would stay there again. We had a good time. More

We went to Vegas for New Years Eve three years ago and as excited as I was (Vegas virgin) I wasn't sure what to expect. Knowing about the Mandalay Bay from watching sports events there I expected to be impressed and duly was. The impressive reception area and helpful staff helped us settle in even though there were many people... More

The Mandalay Bay is a huge hotel with all of the amenities needed for a large convention. Rooms were large and comfortable. The only negative comment would be that you can't even put your soda or water in their fridge. You will incurr a large charge to your room by doing so. So beware...it is weight sensitive, and knows when... More

Thank you for your kind comments regarding your experience as a conventioneer. We apologize if you encountered difficulty with regards to the in-room mini-bar amenity. While our guests have access to the items in the mini-bar, these optional for-purchase items cannot be replaced with personal items. With that said, we understand that guests may wish to refrigerate their personal items,... More

I had long-held preconceived notions that Vegas is all glittery and kitschy, but there's much more. The Mandalay Bay is a huge 60 acre resort. It's easy to find a good room rate, but the onsite restaurants seemed 50% more expensive if they were not located at a casino resort though some are very good. The convention center is huge... More

My first impression of Mandalay Bay Hotel was the moment when I entered my room. On the right side was the bathroom, behind a wall of glass. It was so beautiful and modern I couldn't believe my eyes. Then I saw the rest of the room. Beautiful. Flawless. The view was super too: my room faced the big wave pool.... More

You go in knowing you are at the other end of the strip away from the busy bustling sidewalks. The hotel is very clean, always someone cleaning the floors, wiping down the slot machines, but it does show its age through the carpets in the hallways to your room and the rooms in general. The duvets are nice not too... More

I thought Mandalay Bay was supposed to be a luxury hotel, but I did not find this to be true. I had to wait over an hour to check in when I arrived because the lines were so long. My room wasn't ready and they said I would get a call within 15 minutes to let me know my room... More
