We stayed (husband, 10 yo son and myself) stayed at the property for 3 nights about 3 weeks ago and absolutely loved everything! Their customer service is excellent, the rooms are beautiful and the pools are amazing. My son particularly enjoyed body surfing at the wave pool and floating in the lazy river (you can bring your own floaties and... More

Mandalay Bay Las Vegas is on the strip at the far southern end. The good thing is that it's a bit away from the super crowded casinos while conveniently connected to Luxor and Excalibur by the resort's own tram. From Excalibur there's a footbridge to NYNY and MGM Grand. The basic idea of Mandalay Bay is an urban resort -... More

Had high hopes as this hotel has always seemed to be considered one of the best. Not so much. We came as a family with 4 rooms. Check-in wasn't bad but 3 of the 4 rooms had room key issues. Trekking back down to registration and waiting in line again was not fun. Oh, and they were demolishing a giant... More

We stayed at Mandalay Bay to attend the CosmoProf convention. It was not a hotel I had previously considered but I was pleasantly surprised. Checkin was a breeze and facilitated by friendly staff. Our room was on level 30, overlooking the pools. It was clean, had a nice bathroom and was well appointed. Mix cocktail lounge on the top floor... More

First, why charge a resort fee? This was a solid five stars for atmosphere, service, friendliness of the staff, location, pools, and room. So why charge such a high fee on-top of the premium rate for the suite we had and over $30 for a breakfast of oatmeal, a fruit cup, and two coffee's. It was just enough of an... More

This was about the 3rd time I have been at Mandalay. The rooms are nice and adequate. It was a bit noisy as there was an NAACP convention going on and the nighttime was loud. I dont like the doors on their toilets in the rooms. Very noisy at night. The views are good. They have a lot of good... More

I have been going to Vegas for over 20 years and this was my first time staying at Mandalay Bay but NOT my last. Absolutely LOVED it. While I have been on property before to gamble, check out the Sharks and shop I had never actually stayed here. I received a comp from them and spent our first two nights... More

We had not seen our son, daughter-in-law and grandson for a few years and just happened to be in Las Vegas at the same time. We decided to stay at the Mandalay Bay, and were extremely impressed. The hotel is massive, yet manages to retain a personal feel, I got the feeling, from the staff at reception, that we were... More

Its an amazing place, as soon as I reach the lobby all the way until I was in my room I felt like royalty. Don't forget to take appropriate foot ware to the pool area the pool deck and sand can get very hot during the day. Lockers are very expensive $20.00 for a small 1'x1' locker. Make sure to... More
