I've wanted to stay here for several years but generally stay at sister property where I get a free room. This time I needed to be downtown for a concert, going straight from the airport to check in to show, so I got my chance to try MSS. The room was nice, clean, comfy bed. Since I was rushed for... This is a review of the buffet, not the hotel. I couldn't find a separate TripAdvisor entry for the restaurant. $15 for a weekday lunch (soft drinks included) is a great price IMHO. Two things that struck me straight away: (a) it was very busy; (b) there was lots of choice of food. But despite being busy we paid and... More

I stay here pretty much every time I come to Las Vegas which is three to six times a year. It has a classy exterior and interior reminiscent of the way things were a more than a century ago. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms could use... More

Apparently the owner is a bit eccentric and has a piece of the Berlin Wall in the men's restroom. If that doesn't interest you, there's affordable restaurants, include sushi combo dish. Racheal Ray came, saw and recommended it. If you like train stuff there's plenty around. Walking distance of Fremont Street Experience. I stayed once and it's another good downtown... More

Main Street Station/Casino has always been our favorite place to stay! Players Club staff are awesome! All staff are friendly & eager to help & always 'smiling.' Our favorite casino host, Brenda Palmer, is TOPS!!! We are impressed with her 'cuz she does remember who we are in the casino. We have had other casino hosts who only remembered us... More

We had a very nice 7 night stay at MSS. The room was nice, the staff friendly, and the buffet was pretty good. Our room was on the 12th floor facing the freeway and there was a lot of road noise. Not enough noise to bother us, but if you're a light sleeper you might want to request the other... More

We ate at the restaurant. Didn't stay at the hotel. Great food! Great service! Fun atmosphere! We were there for Monday night football. They had drawings for prizes including a flat screen TV. The Orange Roughy was fantastic!

First, Manny at the buffet puts on a great show. I think he does a wonderful job feeding a lot of people really fast and it was fun to watch him work. Second, the breakfast buffet is just wonderful and the price so, reasonable. Third, the staff was just so friendly. The housekeepers, the guys on the tables, and the... More
