Stayed one night. Hotel is convenient to the strip by shuttle or taxi. AAA price was $90 and the front desk was very accommodating. The am buffet was pretty good, solid brunch choices if you look. They also have champaign to make mimosas. They would have been better in a champaign flute instead of a Pepsi tumbler.

I love the glitz and glamour of the strip. But if you are ready for something more laid back I recommend Main Street. This is a relatively small casino tucked away on the edge of the old downtown, or Fremont Street, area, within walking distance of all the other downtown casinos and restaurants. Main Street has a victorian theme-loads of... More

The property is clean, friendly front desk and staff. Casino clean and excellent choice of slots (new games). Great food in restaurant with a wide selection . The meals in the buffet for breakfast lunch and supper are very good with an amazing selection and the desert section is large and diverse. Tuesday evening features T Bone steak and Thursday... More

Room had NO info on the restaurants in the hotel (times yes, menus no). My wife and I both stepped out the tube after a shower. WOW not expecting the tub to be 4" higher off the floor the should have been as in a normal house we almost fell into the wall. When I would turn on a light,you... More

I travel once a month for business and this has never happened to me. I made the online reservation on 7/31/14 for a week's stay starting 9/15/14. My credit card was actually charged a night's stay on 7/31/14, which is 6 weeks before i checked into the hotel. I wasn't warned this would happen when reservation was made. Didn't think... More

Went for a brunch Buffett on Sunday Absolutely worth the price Place was clean staff was helpful and professional Food was exceptionally tasteful, delicious ! We were very surprised because of the location ( it's tucked on the back and lot of constructions around )still for us it's a definite comeback. And champagne is unlimited.... My favorite meal was prime... More

During our latest holiday, my wife and I visited Las Vegas twice, initially at Main Street and subsequently at New York, New York. Although we had visited Fremont Street in the past, we had never stayed downtown. Whilst the two areas are entirely different, the older Main Street property has bundles of character and generally is a lot cheaper than... More

We got this hotel off of hotwire. Great mountain view. Great place to relax away from the downtown madness. 2 min walk away from Freemont Street Experience. Free early check-in is a plus. The place has a great antique feel. Hotel staff at check-in were extremely friendly. The casino staff that were distributing players cards were extremely rude!

If you're tired of staying on the Strip, prefer the downtown atmosphere and are looking for a good bargain, choosing the Main Street Station is a no-brainer. We've stayed here twice now and have been very impressed both times. The rooms are very attractive and clean, with comfy beds and pillows. The buffets are excellent, and the buffet dining room... Main Street Station is a 400 room downtown hotel meaning that you can get to know the staff and they to know you. Comfortable rooms throughout, but best to stay on the South Side as the North side looks out on an expressway. The Triple 7 is one of the best pub/restaurants with their own selection of beer. Very reasonable... More
