The hotel is getting a bit aged and needs a major redo. But, that said it is still nice and in a good location just off strip but close to Commerce center (Asian area) with many restaurant, shops and massage. The spa and pool area is nice with a good Happy Hour and a DJ in afternoon. The staff is... More

I stayed in the Las Vegas Hilton for a convention last year. We stayed there as it was next to the convention area and made for easy traveling back and forth without the need for a car rental. The hotel itself was ok, but overpriced. The room was average, nothing spectacular about it. I liked that the monorail was right... More

Certainly the North end of the strip may not be the most desirable place but I was looking for a last minute Saturday night stay at an affordable price. Bingo the LVH, stayed here years ago when it was the Hilton, boy have things changed. Had to change rooms twice to get one with properly functioning air conditioning, all rooms... More

I recently stayed at the LVH for business. It was clean and pleasant. Interiors were nothing too elaborate but very nice and appeared to be newer. I stayed on the 6 Floor, near North Tower which was convenient for parking (maybe a 100 yard walk to car) and smoke free. The corridors did not smell like smoke on 6. They... More

After reasonable expectations from staying in many LV resorts, I found the LVH very disappointing. The staff was friendly and eager to be helpful, a plus. But the whole facility seems to be going through an identity crisis. Hilton or not? make up your mind. Rooms and public spaces were exceptionally dirty and worn, wow, not what I expected. The... Stayed one night before early trip home. Typical old Hilton style. Nice large room, large bed and tiny service area. Clean and adequate for a Hotwire special. Quiet and peaceful. Will use again if opportunity presents itself. Only one block off the strip if you like to walk and site see. Ample parking but a bit of a walk of... More

I stayed 4 nights in this former Hilton on a business trip - and I won't come back. The room was worn out with cigarette burns in the carpets. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but obviously it had not always been so. Room service was okay - help desk not so much. Access to the gym is... More

The Las Vegas Hotel was still caught up in changing from the Las Vegas Hilton when we stayed there. Perhaps that, and a little bit of messiness where changes were being made, was why we got a pretty good deal for two nights. We still felt good about the price when we chose to upgrade to a larger "king" room... More

The LVH is exactly what you would expect from a budget-priced resort in Las Vegas: A room with no frills but a few extra touches that make it seem better than the usual cheap room. I had a central tower king room with a 24th floor strip view. My first impression was that the room was larger than most in... More

No longer a Hilton, and an older hotel, but kept well. Not perfect, but clean. Coffee Shop in lobby convenient & food/coffee is good. Far from everything, so you have to take cab or monorail to strip. Monorail is $5 per trip, but offers discount for day pass or 3 day pass. Great place to stay if you are attending... More
