Well, there is no doubt things have changed, we still had a good time, our room was clean and updated and the staff seemed to be trying really hard.
The Casino is really dated and didn't have much activity.
No free wifi, no breakfast, no in room coffee.

The worst Las Vegas experience I've ever had. From trying to put me in a room below what I reserved, through giving me a room with broken airco and moving me to another room, through having to wait hours for technical and other services. Never again for me, even during CES. I prefer waitin in line for a taxi than...

The hotel is dirty. I think they did not vacuum thoroughly. The paint on ceiling in the bathroom seems falling. I am not sure if I will go there again. This hotel used to be my favorite hotel in Las Vegas.

We recently stayed at LVH because of a convention my husband was attending. This is about our 5th yr there. The hotel has a great workout area in the spa, the service was adequate for a 31/2 star. There's plenty of variety in dining options. The room was made up promptly each day. Our room (1911) itself was tired -...

We recently stayed at this hotel because it was the site of a business convention we were attending. We booked our rooms months in advance and paid for them in advance. When we arrived the rooms that we booked were not available and so we ended up having lesser quality rooms than what we actually paid for.
The rooms were...

Its not what it used to be - that is All I heard from Everyone in Vegas, mostly the cab guys who have been around and seen it all. I was there in August, when it was the Hilton and the same crap. They pretend they are 'upgrading' you, but either don't or want you to pay more. Let's say...

If you are unlucky to have a booking here and can't cancel make sure to bring earplugs. There is no soundprofing between rooms and you might end up sleepless in Vegas listening to what happens in the room on the other side of the wall.
Stayed here for 10 days for a convention but wish I had not!!
The hotel...

I stayed here for the second night I was in LV for CES. First night was at Circus Circus and I wanted to try a different hotel. This one was more expensive, but they don't charge a resort fee and it adjoins the Convention Center - ultra convenient for my purposes.
I arrived very early and shortly after booking the...

While the hotel is convenient for the convention center, it needs to be redecorated and re-done! It's aged and needs help!
