Westgate Las Vegas really took us by surprise. After reading many negative reviews on this hotel I was really nervous about my upcoming stay. Only in town for one night before transferring over to Vdara, I thought how bad could it be? Well not bad at all! Again read many negative reviews about this hotel but I consider myself to... More

We liked to stay here when it was the Hilton. The beds were only full size. 2 small for 2 adults to share. The Smoke in the hotel is so heavy that they must have turned down air to save money. It was hot when we checked in and we just smelled like a cigarette. Then we went to the... More

Had an amazing time here for five nights in July, 2015. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a Lanai Suite on the 3rd floor (pool level) so everything was very nearby. Room was recently renovated (we may have been amongst first to stay in it I think) and was very clean. Shower was great with two jets to... More

Took forever to check in. They charged us an extra $20 to put us in a remodeled room and the room still sucked. We just got an email confirmation of our bill and got an extra $188 of extra charges. This place is a big POS !

Check-in was easy until the clerk talked us into concierge service at $30 per person per day which we cancelled the following evening because the Hors d'oeuvre and drinks available 4pm-8pm were undesirable (soggy pizza, noodle salad) and the coffee and cookies though good weren't worth the cost. Foods: other than Beni Hana in the casino area are awful, over... More

The Westgate Hotel is perfectly fine. The hotel is clean with several good dining options. It is north of the "fun part" of the strip, but it is walkable or a cheap taxi ride to get to the better stuff. I would generally mark this hotel as average, but the price we got was incredible, so that pushed it over... More

It's massive absolutely massive, a resort in itself where, should you wish, you need not leave the environs of the hotel for the length of your stay. It's brash, gaudy, like Vegas itself in microcosm. Suffused with slots, tables, a huge sporting lounge and a gallery of shops the Westgate appears to have everything except an efficient and helpful front... More

Parking sucks definitely valet, had adjoining rooms both smelled of mildew and had water stains coming down the wall from the sprinkler system. Both bathtubs leaked water from the spout. One too. Had lights that didn't work. You get bombarded by salesmen after checking and every time you walk off the elevators trying to sell you timeshare.

Thank you for your feedback. We are saddened to hear that you experienced some challenges during your stay. The condition of your unit definitely falls far below our standards. Your comments will be shared with appropriate resort management as we are in the process of renovations. Regarding the presentation, we are a timeshare and do offer guests the opportunity to... Our room was great, wonderful view and clean. The only real down side the check in attendants who are there to assist you to your room are really trying to talk you into buying into the resort, really people I felt this was very rude tell people right up front what they are there for.

This hotel charges $4 for a bottle of supermarket water and $3.50 if you break the plastic wrap on your paper coffee cup X 2 cups if you want coffee for the room Keureg maker sits on counter, not to be used by lowly hotel guests. The $28.00 "resort fee" is also mandatory for ALL guests and apparently is for... More

Thank you for your honest feedback. The resort charges a daily resort fee of $25 dollars per day plus tax and this covers Wi-Fi, gym access, local and toll free calls. Our rooms are equipped with bottled water and coffee as a convenience. Should you decide to utilize these items there will be an additional fee. We regret that we... More
