There was no fridge in the room...the bathroom was dirty and the beds were very very very squeaky and the coils were very old so you could feel them as you moved in bed. The carpet was stained and dirty...over all the presentation of the room and cleanliness was poor and the bed was very uncomfortable. More

Apparently the hotel is in receivership and going down hill quickly. The staff was friendly, the rooms were adequate, but the neglect was apparent. They still charge a lot because they are close to the convention center, at + $150/night I think there are better options. More

When critiquing this hotel I have to remember what a good value I received. The room and linens were fairly clean and the TV and air conditioner were perfect for me. I wish that the caulking in the bathtub would be replaced and the tub cleaned better. I do not mind the outdated tile etc but it should be clean. More
