the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. old, dilapidated, i thought i was going to die riding in the elevator because of all the creaking and jolting. everything about the hotel seemed filthy, and our room was dirty upon arrival (cigarette butts on the nightstand, dirty bath and pillows) and supposedly they had just cleaned it. they gave us another... We needed a cheap place to sleep on the way to California and maybe to have dinner. We had never been to this place. We arrived at about 10:30 at night and there was one clerk. There were also about 30 people in line waiting to get checked into their rooms. We waited for like 45 minutes and when we... More

When we booked our stay here, we paid an average of $8 a night for a North Tower Deluxe room, and didn't expect much other than a place to keep our bags and to sleep for a few hours each day. (We had visions of roache infestations and crappy plumbing and whatnot, considering how cheap our booking was, but had... More

... to me was somehow scaring: the corridors reminded be those seen in Kubrik "Shining"; in the night I heard someone furiously beating at some doors (guess was someone who was too drunk and/or had lost too much money). Not a real problem. Still, the position is perfect: very close to the Greyhound station and just few meters away from... More

Of course it wasn't the BELLAGIO,CEASARS PALACE or TRUMP TOWERS...Because you didnt pay those outragious prices...We usually do stay on the strip @ HARRAHS or IMPERIAL PALACE..but this time was an exception and was really worried about the reviews..BUT Again, don't always believe what you read. Yes it's true..THE VEGAS CLUB is outdated. They even had a nickel machine that... More

When I don't pay much, I don't expect much, and didn't receive much at the LV Club. Just needing a cheap room downtown for one Friday night, the LV Club seemed like a bargain at less than $50 on a weekend during a NASCAR event. I was aware of its reputation but figured my son and I could survive anywhere... More

For the price this hotel was great you are on the old las Vegas strip so you can go see the free concerts and gamble for cheap!!! The room was nothing spectacular but it was surprisingly big and had an awesome view. To see the strip just take a cab for around $20 and walk around. When you are done... More

For what I paid, and some of the reviews I had read, I didn't expect much. The common areas (lobby, elevators, halls) reinforced this perception. But my room (1104) itself was just fine! Much bigger than I expected, with a big bed and good sink and toilet/shower area. Everything was clean, but a little old/worn. But just fine! My only... More

It is a sister hotel to the Plaza. We stayed there for 10 days while my niece participated in a bowling tournament. The rooms were spacious... had a coffee pot, called housekeeping and they brought up a mini fridge. The casino hosts are awesome! especially Sabrina! I didn't like the resturant there...a tad pricy. Liked the other one they had... More

Very disappointed. Called in the night before arrival & spoke to DON. He was very very helpful & advised I could make the reservations over the phone with him & still get the ON LINE rates. I specifically asked if TAXES were included as stated on line. He advised TAXES were included with those rates. Upon check out, ROBERT at... More
