The first choice was the location which proved to be right. Everything else just did not go that way. Rooms are not quite clean. But the main problem is the service. Prompt at the check-in they are simply stop listening to you after. I found the wall covering for shower head lose and on the air intake beside it -... More

I just returned from a 7 night stay at the Flamingo November 18-25, 2011. We arrived late so we just went to bed. In the morning I went to customer service because the sheets on the bottom mattress had food or whatever on them and I requested to have a complete bed change. This never took place the whole week.... More

A first timer at the Flamingo on a comp, and it was a little nicer then expected. The standard room was a decent size, but the tv was dated. The location of the hotel is perfect, and the new Margaritaville casino is a nice new area (not very smokey). A friend in our group upgraded to a GO room and... More

First the room. It was a tad smallish but from the 24th floor facing the strip, we had a great view of Caesars and the dancing fountains of the Bellagio provided a show several times a day/night. The beds were comfortable, and the flat screen tv was attached to a dvd/cd player which we used to entertain our daughter. My... More

The hotel is in serious need of upgrades to the rooms (we had a standard room). The carpet hadn't been vacuumed in months! The bathroon floor had hairs all over it. Under the bed were candy wrappers, candy and other junk! The ceiling had marks on it where someone had thrown their tennis shoes against it. The bathroom sink cabinet... More

Just got back from vegas and wish I had stayed at a different hotel. Right from the beginning when we checked in with our group the service was terrible. We had to change rooms because the room we were given had a spot light shinning in it and was above the air units that hummed loudly all night. We got... More

This place is fine if all you want is a place to sleep and you don't care that everything (even your non-smoking room) smells like cigarettes and air freshener. We went for a bachelorette party so we didn't think we'd be spending much time in the room. It has a good location, so if you want to go on the... More

I stayed at the Flamingo four nights from Sunday, November 13 to Thursday the 17th checkout. IMO, the hotel was average and I had a good time there. I asked for and received a room that was quiet. It was clean with good housekeeping daily, though the room could use some TLC. The wildlife habitat area was relaxing, and the... More

The Flamingo Hotel is right in the middle of the strip. It is located next to numerous small restaurants and bars but is also within walking distance of the big hotels and casinos on the strip. The staff is pleasant and courteous: the room was very clean but I personally could have done without the glass enclosure around the bathroom...... More
