I have stayed at the Flamingo Las Vegas a few times in the past and enjoyed my stay during those times. However, things seem to have changed since then. We arrived at the hotel on a Sunday around 1:00 p.m. and check-in was mobbed. I'm sure those people were having to wait at least 2-3 hours to check in. I... More

We stayed for two nights (June 11 and 12) at the Flamingo, had booked a regular Go! room but they claimed not to have them available with one king-size bed so we did the availability song-and-dance for a while and finally got upgraded to a Go! mini-suite (#28000). It was very large, had 3 TVs (inc. one in the bathroom),... More

I was sent one of those free room coupons in the mail by Harrah's. I have used these before in Lake Tahoe and were pleasantly surprised. Under this assumption we decided to book a room at the Flamingo in Las Vegas. When we booked through the website it said large newly renovated rooms and a 15 acre pool. Based on... More

I stayed at the Flamingo in the early 80's. We decided to stay a few days at the Flamingo because they indicated they refurbished and upgraded some of their rooms. They are called Deluxe Flamingo GO rooms. Now granted I don't know what the regular rooms look like 25 years later, but for the extra cost - the GO rooms... More

Overall we liked the hotel. There were lots of places to eat, the casino had pretty good venilation for the smoke, the pool was great, and the location was fantastic! You could take the walkway to Ceasars, and Bally's. And from Ceasars you could easily get to The Mirage and Bellagio. The monorail tram was also accessible from The Flamingo.... More

I have stayed at the Flamingo before and was happy to stay there again. I stayed at the Bellagio for 4 nights with a business trip and then checked into Flamingo for my last night in Vegas (Bellagio wouldn't extend my corporate rate for Saturday night...$599 for the night)! We were upgraded to one of their new GO rooms without... More

My husband and I stayed at the Flamingo on our most recent trip to Las Vegas and I was pleasantly surprised. I have not heard the best things about the Flamingo, but it was a GREAT place to stay. We reserved a regular room but when we checked in we upgraded to the "Go" room. Well it was worth it!... More

Spent 4 nites at this hotel in May 2007. The hotel, while a bit dated, is centrally located on the strip, right across from Caesar's Palace which by geography alone affords itself an above average rating. I would absolutely recommend this hotel IF you get an upgraded room, which would be one of the newly renovated options. Believe me that... More

I literally JUST came back from the Flamingo earlier this morning. The renovations are WONDERFUL!!!!! We were booked in the new Go Rooms. They are so bright and beautifully decorated. I never wanted to leave the room. My boyfriend and I were actually begging his parents to let us come back in their room (we were booked for 3 days... More
