Yes, the location is good and the go room was nice. Our problem is the constant run around and lack of any customer service with the front desk. The staff at this location need some serious customer service training. At check in our King size room which we paid an extra price for was of course not ready. Come back... More

This is my third time staying at the Flamingo Hotel and Casino. A lot of the reviews are correct that the hallways and elevators need to be updated. However, the room is really nice. I love the modern feel of it. The customer service at the front counter was nice, but not overly nice. The construction is only temporary so... More

We stayed only for a few days. The room was fine, very pretty but the hallways were very worn and the carpets were a mess. We really enjoyed the Donny and Marie show it was a lot of fun. Good location on the strip. Not enough lounge chairs at the pool...its a must to get there early. Took forever to... More

After a ten hour flight from London, we collected our hire car and proceeded to the hotel. The Flamingo is surround by concrete blocks with other major construction work going on all around. Finding access to the hotel car park was difficult if you do not know the area. Very poor directional signage to the car park. Self parking is... More

Beyond a doubt, the worst customer service of any hotel I've ever stayed at. At check-in, the line up was 45 minutes long and it only got longer after I got through it. Staff said this was normal. Room was uncomfortably cold and the thermostat seemed to be broken. Room was not well cleaned. Finding out where to park was... More

I was excited to stay at the Flamingo when I arrived in Vegas, but that was short lived. The good things: Location - very central Pool - really great, and there is a 21 year and older only pool. We had a ton of fun at it, met some great folks from around the world The bad: Probably the smokiest... More

We chose the Flamingo for it's central location in the middle of the Strip so we could walk in either direction. The room rates were also quite reasonable. The buffet was good and the breakfast at the Tropical Breeze Cafe was good as well. Be sure to see comedian George Wallace whose show is right in the Flamingo. He is... More

After staying at the Flamingo with husband last year, decided to choose the hotel again for holiday with 2 daughters and friend. On arrival, the checkin line was very long (midday) but we were in our room within 20 minutes. Was impressed with the service at the desk as to how efficient they were. Luckily about a month before our... More

Maybe it's a good thing that these older hotels such as the Flamingo, are overshadowed by some of the newer hotels in Vegas. It allows for a great value! On our last night in Vegas, we wanted to stay on the strip compared to the off the strip accommodations we had in the previous days over at the Las Vegas... More

1. Pathetic Service 2. Check-in takes at least 30-45 min 3. Parking is far far away from your hotel so you would be carrying your luggage a long way to your room. 4. $18 Resort Fee 5. Free Breakfast is not actually free breakfast its $18 credit that you can spend in their restaurant. 2 people cant have breakfast in... More
