First time traveling to Vegas and based on the reviews we thought the hotel wasn't going to be all that great, but it ended surpassing our expectations. When we first arrived we saw a very long line to check in but then we realized that if you had already booked a reservation like we had, we just checked in, in... More

we go to vegas once every year, we love it. we have stayed at excaliber every year for the last 8. we decided to try somewhere new, not a good idea. the location for the flamingo is great, the rooms were ok, but the pool sucked. we love hanging out by the pool and that is a big part of... More

The main reason we have stayed at the Flamingo for the past 10 years was their great pool. Now they have closed it off to children under 18 and have so much security that you feel like you are in Communist Russia. We will never return.

We stayed in a GO room for 3 nights and it was very good! Good value for money. Sure, Flamingo is one of the oldest hotels on the strip, but it is still great. ( = good view, clean, nice staff) After sightseeing in the other hotels within the same range (and also above), we felt that Flamingo was a good... More

Made reservations for the upgraded Go room and when we checked in there were none available and had to stay in the old section which was just horrible with no amenities like a refrigerator etc. Then charged us $15 a day for the refrigerator. Why make a reservation if they are not going to honor your room request upon check-in?... More

Room smelled like cat pee, no pen or paper, no coffee pots, old bottles and beer caps left in room upon our arrival. Blow drier blew up on first use, toilet didn't flush on day of checkout! The cleaning staff poured a puddle of liquid cleaning agent on the CARPET right in front of the door supposedly to combat the... More
