My son and I recently made reservations through Alaska Airlines Vacation Packages to stay 4 days at the "Fabulous" Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. There is nothing fabulous about this run down establishment. The carpets are totally filthy in all the hallways and rooms even being duck taped back together in many places, chunks missing out of the room... More

Had a great time staying at the flamingo. Great value awesome location on the strip in Las Vegas. Food was good, rooms were clean, easy check in and out on line- no need to wait in lines. I recommend this resort. The pool was the best feature beside the array of casino games and entertainment

This was our third stay in the last 10 years and it is still clean, great location and friendly staff. Would consider again for the value and location. Located center strip makes it a good value and easy walking distance to other casinos.

Great hotel/casino that goes back the distance in history. It was there when I first came through Las Vegas in 1963. Most of the other places are gone and the city has been built up way beyond that narrow strip of highway that was running through the desert in those days, but the Flamingo is still there and worth seeing... To be centrally located for most activities, this is the place to stay. Easy access to the strip, transportation, the high roller ride and many eating and drinking places, fancy and casual. Highly recommend.

If you like a lively atmosphere and a great strip location the Flamingo is the place to be. Throw in the new Linq and High Roller and there is tons of things to do in such a close proximity. The Go Pool has great music just get there early to get a chair.

New and fresh with the old vegas charm... The cabanas and daybeds at the pool are beautiful... Prompt friendly service at the restaurants and on the casino floor.. Will definitely stay at this hotel again

Yes..this hotel is old. We stayed in the Spa Tower (I'm not sure that what it is called) I think they are called Go Rooms...any way, the room was clean, not fancy. If you plan on doing a lot of things while you are Vegas this place is in the center of a lot of things and the rooms are... More

I have chosen to stay at the Flamingo the past several years when my friend comes to town from out of state, primarily because of the adults-only pool. Be aware, however, that all who wish to go to the pool must have their own room key so be sure to bring multiple keys if you are going in as a... More

Outdated horribly. Very long walk to our room after getting off the elevator (it is Vegas though). After reaching our room our keys did not work. Not a big deal, happens all the time. We pick up the courtesy phone letting them know who we were and what was wrong. They told me they could not send anyone up to... More

From the newly designed GO Rooms to a wealth of dining and entertainment choices, Flamingo proves "fabulous is forever." With classic Las Vegas style and flair, it continues to be one of the Strip’s most-visited resort destinations. Outside, guests enjoy acres of waterfalls, winding pools and lush foliage at the Lagoon Pool and Wildlife Habitat. For adults, the GO Pool is the destination for an afternoon of relaxation. Inside, enjoy performances ranging star siblings Donny & Marie to comedians George Wallace and Vinnie Favorito. Afternoon frivolity is found at Nathan Burton’s Comedy Magic while adult fun is staged nightly at X Burlesque, the Topless Review. Diners can enjoy go tropical at Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville or simply go all out at the Paradise Garden Buffet. Flamingo is also the home of the world's first Margaritaville Casino, a Parrothead paradise straight out of a Jimmy Buffett album. For those on the go, the new Flamingo Food Court hosts a variety of eateries from the all-American menu at Johnny Rockets to a taste of the Orient at Pan Asian Express. ... more   less
