I My partner and I spent 6 days in Las Vegas and split our stay between The Golden Nugget and The Cosmopolitan. We started our vacation at the Golden Nugget in the Rush Tower. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated in warm earth tones. The bathroom has two sinks making it very easy for two people getting ready at... More

Over the years we always choose Golden Nugget or PLatinum depending on what we are looking to do; realax or party. Golden Nugget has always been the perfect place for a nice room and pool without the crowds. NOT THIS TIME. We arrived at the front desk and were told they did not have our reservation from Lasvegas.com. They could... More

This was our first time at Golden Nugget. I took other travelers' advice and stayed in Rush Tower. NOTE: If you book your vacation as an all-in-one package (air+hotel), reserve a room at at the Carson Tower. You will pay less if you book a Carson Tower room, then upgrade to Rush Tower at check-in. We paid $25 extra a... More

This was our first trip to Vegas and we were getting married so I wanted to stay in a nice hotel. People had told us to stay on the strip since it was our first trip but I don't care for the fast paced. Check-In was fairly nice. Although, I had forgot that we were to check in at the... More

I stayed in one if the Carson tower rooms. It was nice, spacious and clean. The staff always greeted us with a hello or offering assistance. The rooms and public space were clean and surprisingly didn't smell much like smoke. The pool is very neat with the waterslide going through the aquarium. However, if you plan to enjoy the pool... The Golden Nugget is a legend among Las Vegas hotels, somewhat representing the old days of Las Vegas before the Wynn's and MGM's took over. So when I found this excellent room-rate at the Golden Nugget, I was a bit worried, I might get a room that has seen those days...and possibly remained unchanged since. I was so wrong. My... More

Husband and I have stayed at the Golden Nugget on Fremont St. in Vegas for the past 10 years. We have also stayed at other Vegas hotels and casinos on the Strip and are able to compare. In the time we have stayed at Golden Nugget, there have been numerous owners. The current owner is letting the place slip specifically... More

Yeah, their pool is nice but they have HORRIBLE customer service and if you plan on getting a spa sweet there and having a few friends over to enjoy it this is what will happen. This was the night of a very good friends wedding. She had all her guests from out of town stay at the hotel because she... More

Our first time in Las Vegas and we decided to split our stay between the Freemont St experience and the main strip. Our stay at the Golden Nugget on the 18th Fl was great value for the money. The room was clean and the food was great. The highlight was the Shark Tank and water slide. We loved the Freemont... More

This was our first stay in Downtown Vegas and at the Golden Nugget. Our room was elegantly decorated, had plenty of fancy amenities, (like a TV in the bathroom mirror!), and was very clean. The only drawback to our "Club" room in the Gold Tower was the AC unit. It seemed a little musty & the window did not open... More
