We wish hotels would just include resort fees in the room rate. At least fee at this property was reasonable at around $4. Our room was very clean, large and comfortable and had a flat panel tv. We thought hotel security was visible and efficient. The hotel's proximity to the Rio made it easy to go over to watch their... More

The rooms have been remodeled. Years ago it was nice, then it got old, now the rooms are nicer again...kind of like a boutique hotel look inside the rooms. If you get this room when they are cheap you will be happy. The casino itself is old looking, smoky, needs better ventilation, and the buffet was for people who would... More

My wife and I have been attending bowling tournaments at this facility for more than 10 years. A decade ago, it was a fun place, reasonable rates and courteous personnel. This venue has scaled down to 99% machines and very few card tables. We haven't stayed in the hotel for the past 4 years, but were told (by the hotel,... More

The Gold Coast is one of those gems you rarely find in life. It has everything you need in Vegas but at an affordable price. The slot machines are BOYDACIOUS! Boyd is the king of slots and they have them all at the Coast. You will be suprised at the friendliness of the staff and the cleaniness and modernity of... More

My husband and I stayed at the Gold Coast Hotel for five nights. We were surprised at the size of the casino, and also the buffet had a wonderful variety of food that was very easy to access. Our room was clean, but old looking in its bathroom fixtures, The bed was newer and very comfortable. You can't beat the... More

Friends and I decided to go Vegas on a budget. We started by taking advantage of under $100 airfare from Spirit. Then we had 3 night comped rooms from the Gold Coast. We always visit Gold coast for the bingo when in Vegas (8 games a day). At the new TGIF, the have a full breakfast for $4.99". For lunch... More

This casino is off the main strip but easily accessible by a free shuttle from the strip. The rooms are smaller and dated, but clean and inexpensive. They offer a great variety in food and it is always excellent and also a great value. The casino has a great variety of slot machine and table games. The staff are all... More

We just stayed 3 nights at the gold Coast 4-15 to 17. We are a couple over 50 and go to Vegas a number of times a year. This was our first time at the Gold Coast. Our rooms were comped for the 3 nights. The check-in was simple and friendly. We arrived at around 6:15 P.M. The room it... More

If you are looking for a quiet yet convient place to stay in Vegas, then the Gold Coast is the place to stay. We stayed here 2 nights in the upgraded room for about $40 a night.
