Although we didn't stay at this hotel we did eat at one of its restaurants ping pang pong. Not far from the entrance to the casino. Delicious Chinese food quick service, and cheap, value for money we even had leftovers we could take away. Not close to the strip but if you have a car and enjoy Chinese cuisine well... More

Love open lay out of this casino.. Set back behind Caesars palace.. But close to attractions.. They have complimentary shuttle that runs to the Orleans then drops off on strip.. Only negative is last shuttle runs at midnight.. U might have to taxi from strip if you are out late.. My rooms were complimentary and was hardly in them.. If... More

The hotel building is very dated, but they've updated the rooms. In some ways it's a bit odd, like the sliding door to the bathroom. The elevators are slow, but there aren't that many floors, so that's okay. The best parking is a bit of a hike to the rooms. They also hit you up for the dreaded "resort fee"... More

Growing up in Vegas and frequenting the Gold Coast 20+ years ago, it was a bit nostalgic to go back and get married there as a destination wedding. The catering department there is AMAZING!!! They were very helpful with the planning of the ceremony and reception for 200+ guests. I was able to get in the venues early to decorate... More

I've stayed at the Gold Coast several times because its away from the strip. I needed a handicap room and was given room 131. No view. Did not experience the casino or the buffet. Wi-fi worked ok-not the fastest but it worked. The handicap room had a roll-in shower, was roomy, but lacks counter space for your toiletries. A/C worked well... More

I have been at the Gold Coast many times and never stayed in the hotel portion , the rooms are redone with a good amount of space . You don't get a view and occasionally hear an airplane . Overall it was quiet . The bathroom is a good size ( no makeup mirror ladies) . Overall clean ! There... More

I spent 17 nights at the Gold Coast. Is it perfect - NO. Would I stay again - FOR SURE. Some context - I have been to LV many times so staying on the strip is not that important. I use it as a home-base for playing poker in LV. I rent a car, know my way around LV, &... More

Stayed here July 29 for one nite and it was better than another resort I stayed at on the strip. Actually won some in Vegas here. Slots and tables. Everything is cheaper from food to rooms. It's about mile on other side of strip but worth it. Area does look a little rough. Staff friendly. I'll stay here next time... More

The Gold Coast hotel sits 1 mile from the strip, they run a free shuttle bus up and down frequently throughout the day, I've stayed here on my 2 visits to Vegas and would stay again, the casino is huge, 40+ lane bowling alley upstairs, plenty of restaurants etc for eating, including my fav 24 hr TFI, poolside and gym... I've stayed at the Gold Coast at least 3 times in the last 6 months because they keep sending me comped (free) rooms. The rooms have all been remodeled and there really is no difference between the Premium and Deluxe rooms (I've stayed in both). I suggest saving your money and going with the cheapest room they have. I really... More
