have stayed here too many times to count. Rooms are clean, parking is easy, and the people here are pleasant. We never fear planning a stay here. Join the B Connected Club, we always get discounted rates in the mail and by e-mail. Try the Cortez Room for a surprisingly nice dinner.

Biggest con is the tiny pool but other than that it is a good place to stay. The rooms and hotel are clean, the buffet for breakfast is one of our favorites. The dealers are nice and you can usually find a $5 table even on the weekends. Not too far from the strip, next to the Rio and across... More

Stayed for the first time recently. I am so used to staying in the strip hotels, that this was just so-so. It was clean and they must have recently remodeled the rooms, so it was not horrible by any means. It is probably a good value for the money, though. The staff was very nice and friendly. Went out of... More

We stayed at this hotel for my anniversary. The hotel was comfortable overall. I've stayed at many of the Boyd properties. This hotel is a bit aged, but overall, it was okay. We had a king room which was updated with a tub, and flat screen tv. The bathroom was a bit small, but functional. The overall appearance of the... More

Thank you for your recent review of the Gold Coast. We are pleased you enjoyed our hotel room product, we take great pride in the upgrades we have made. Be assured your comments will be forwarded to the appropriate manager, as customer service is very important to the success of our property. The upgrade to the exterior you spoke of... More

When you don't want to stay on the strip there are a number of nice "Unpretentious" smaller hotel/casinos you can go to...We went with another couple and they booked the Gold Coast by mistake thinking it was another place. We found the rooms to be very clean...NO torn wallpaper, dirty carpets and chipped paint. My only complaint with the room... More

My Dad and I stayed here for the WCC Basketball Tournament. The staff were great, Front desk and Chamber. The people working for the Gold Coast really care for their property. A very nice place to stay off the strip, we will be returning. Special Thank You to Jerry at the Island Bar, our night caps and conversation were a... More

I used to stay at the Gold Coast frequently but have not been back here for over a year. Really nothing has changed. I opted for a King Premium room, but there was little "premium" about it -- reasonably comfortable bed, average sized bathroom, about a 30 inch LCD TV, 1 cup coffee maker, no fridge or microwave. Higher floors... More

I'm a local here in Las Vegas, so my review isn't for the rooms. It's for the casino area and the hotel in general. I've visited here a few times. My last visit was yesterday. I really like this hotel. It's easier to access than the strip hotels (Via a street called Valley View.) It's on Flamingo, about 2 miles... More

While the Gold Coast is in no way a 4-star hotel, I rated it 4 stars for the price to value/experience ratio. I had a limited budget for a work trip and since the conference hotel (the Rio) was next door, but was three times as expensive, I decided to give the Gold Coast a whirl. (Note: the Gold Coast... We were very happy with the large size room we got. We had a deluxe suite with an extra room then our bedroom. They charge a room deposit and then give you the money back after they see that u did not take anything. They give you $10 off per night for food and you can charge it to your... More
