I was so surprised that this was a Clarion hotel. It is dirty and needs major updating and remodeling! The elevators were filthy, the hallway carpets were worn and dirty, and the smell of stale smoke in the 1970's era lobby was overwhelming. The casino WAS NOT a casino, just a bar and a couple of slot machines. Breakfast wasn't... More

This hotel is in a great location if you don't want or need to be on the Strip. It is about 5 minutes walk from the Convertion centre monorail station from which you can travel easily to the main places in Vegas for $5 for a single trip. The hotel has good, easy, parking and the rooms have everything you... More

Room was filthy, had to put a towel on the floor outside of bathroom as it was so disgustingly filthy. The only good was its proximity to Convention center and everything else was booked. Better to get a hotel further away and pay for taxis. Breakfast was abysmal.

For the money, this is one of the best deals in Las Vegas. Its within walking distance of the Northern part of the strip. I'd recommend it more for travelers and families as opposed to people looking for the Las Vegas resort experience. The casino is small (a bar with a few slot machines, no table games) and the common... More

My husband and I just returned from a 3 week road trip... lots of hotel stays. We booked this online. When we arrived, before we even saw our room we figured we made a mistake. Yes, very smoke filled... our room was on the 2nd floor, when we entered the room, yes, we had made a mistake, The carpet had... More

We stayed a night in this hotel when my husband participated in the Conexpo exhibition. We have children travelling along, so we wanted a place that's easy to access to the exhibition on affordable rate plus a safe hotel where we put the children in the room when they gets tired of walking in the exhibition ground or getting bored... Saw a new show at the Clarion Hotel - Reynold Alexander - Magia. He is a Magician and he is very good. The show is great for families. It's funny and has amazing magic. It's worth going to see. So if your looking for a good family show this is the one to see.

Me and my friends stayed here on a motorcycle trip. It's an old hotel, and it's not in the greatest part of town.! But the Rooms are big, clean, and cheap. It is an excellent bargain if you are in a budget. The staff is probably the friendliest in vegas, and its close to the convention center, freemont isn't far,... More

Stayed here for two nights while in Las Vegas. My first reaction was that the place stank of stale cigarettes, which turned me off right away, but I eventually realized that this is the norm for Vegas. And since the Bellagio also stank of cigarettes, I can't really hold it against the Clarion. Breakfast was pretty standard and boring, but other... More

I have been in Clairon recently for a convention. The place is great as it is literary almost across the road. From first view you can see it is bit tired. But the rooms are clean and the bathrooms too. Internet is bit funky. Sometimes working great, sometimes not at all. The breakfasts is low somehow in terms of selections... More
