We spent four days in the Agustus Tower an were very impressed with the room. Very clean and spacious. Disappointed in the fact that there was no coffee in the room. There was a coffee maker but you had to pay $12 for the coffee - 4 cups. We also noticed that it was all about the Diamond Club. Service... More

We enjoyed this hotel a lot. It was certainly good value for the money, if you want something more than a standard hotel stay. I agree with the previous review about the room in the Palace Tower (we stayed in that tower, too). Our room was an upgrade, apparently due to an overbooked night, so it was a very good... More

It took them over 3 hours to ready my room. Granted I was there a hour before check in, but it took them 2 hours after the official check in time. I had reserved a suit. The room was fantastic with one small exception, There was no view from the window. The have build another building about two feet from... More

we booked a deluxe room in Augustus Tower, on arrival, they told us not to have a room in that area and we got a terrible smoking room in the lowest level - the staff at the lobby was very unfriendly - we really do not commend this hotel to anyone

Arrived at 11am and room was to be ready by 2 and was not ready until 6 pm. Room was only reasonably clean and a food tray sat in the hallway outside our room for two days. If you like sun, forget it because the buildings block the sun until late in the afternoon. Three drinks poolside cost $60.00 like... More

I had booked a classic room (cheapest basic room) but had read that a $20 tip on reception would likely result in an upgrade. Lo and behold, after asking the fantastic receptionist if there were any complimentary upgrades available she switched us to a room in the Augustus Tower, 44th floor with the view of the strip and the Bellagio... Extravagant hotel. Beautiful people. Expensive, but my job paid for most of it so well worth it. The pools were as advertised. Checked out the Venus Pool (topless) one day. Didn't gamble much here, went across the street to O'Sheas. Did the $20 tip and got upgraded to a Junior Petite Suite. I will be back next year!

Luxurious rooms with nothing more to ask for. The hotel si huge - it takes a while before you get the hang of where everything is located.... More
