I remember this place from when it had been the Barbary Coast, and I called for a room on a Tuesday when passing through Las Vegas. The reason is the location in the middle of the strip, across from Caesar's and near the City Center. As a walk in a got a room for under $40 (with tax). I went... More

We usually stay at Bill's when visiting Las Vegas because it has decent rooms for a reasonable price in the best possible location. We were there again for 11 nights in late December and early November. Normally we stay in one of the classic rooms but this time we opted for a luxury room, which cost an extra $20 per... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in Dec. Hotel is quite basic (no fridge or anything like that) but we only used it for sleeping. Location is excellent, right in the middle of the strip. Our room overlooked the Bellagio fountain which was cool More

I love the location of this hotel. This section of the strip is my favourite - close to Bellagio/Bally's/Paris/Flamingo. Plus nice and close to my fav place - Margaritaville :) The room was clean and well stocked: towels, pens etc. It had 2 double beds, and small bathroom. The room was basic and a little worn but perfectly fine for... More

Just got back from a 4 day stay at Bill's. I am a first time to Vegas traveller and Bill's left me wanting to go back.! We stayed in a suite and it was very big. The service at the front desk was great. This is a "No Frill's" hotel and if your looking for a friendly, fun atmosphere this... More

This is the second time we have stayed at Bill's, and we hope it is not the last. There are several good things about Bill's. First is location--mid-strip. Second is value. We paid $160 for a room for three nights, two of them weekend nights. Third is scale. Bill's is a small hotel, meaning that you don't have those interminable... More

I believe I am a very fair and reasonable person in most respects, so giving Bill's a Terrible rating is taking a lot of effort, but I need to review the hotel from my perspective for the benefit of other travelers (who may be like me). I'm not much of a gambler, so my review only covers the hotel. The... More

After reading all the negative reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. Rooms are in need of a little TLC. Casino a little smoky. Other than that service at the desk was very quick and friendly. Hotel let me check in four hours early. Ask for upgrade for extra $30 a day. Suite was well worth it. Twenty feet to... More

I was in Vegas from Wednesday night to Saturday morning. I wanted a hotel that (1) was inexpensive; (2) was clean; and (3) had a comfortable bed. Bill's fit perfectly. I requested a non-smoking room ahead of time. Done. Upon arriving late on Wednesday night I requested a room on the quiet side of the hotel. Done. The service was... More

What an exciting trip! I met all types of new people on my first trip to Las Vegas! When I first arrived at Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Saloon, I was greeted by very friendly people who didn't even work for the hotel, but they sure were helpful. Within 5 minutes of walking toward the entrance, I was offered free tickets... More
