Business trip for 4 nights and this hotel was on the accepted list. Good breakfast option and used shuttle for airport pickup. Nice king size room on 5th floor facing the big hotels on the strip. Staff met all my requests. I think it would be very convenient for UNLV and I had a nice walk around the campus.

We stayed in Hyatt place on memorial day weekend. Rooms are clean and big. They allowed us early check-in and that helped a lot. They have free shuttle to strip which is good as at least you can save taxi wait time or fare if planned properly. Shuttle drops/picks at Planet Hollywood Hotel on the strip. We stayed at Hyatt Place for our first night trip in vegas - our Memorial day family getaway, The location, the rooms, and pretty much everything you need is in it or near it and at the best quality. The rooms are spacious and really clean. They also offer breakfast which is really filling. Try their sausage. Tasty and great!

We stayed here for a visit to UNLV & the location was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, we had a small suite with 2 queen beds. I was surprised at how nice the room was given the rate.
