I'm always happy to stay in this Hyatt Place. The staff are nice, their wifi works well, the pool is heated and open in the winter and the rooms have a fridge. It's true, in Jan 2016 they are upgrading what we're already nice facilities. But the construction guys were gone by 6PM. And the revamped rooms now have a... More

This hotel is doing a huge remodel, there are workers sanding drywall, running compressors and moving tools all around the hotel. The hotels major issue it is sits under the flight path of McCarran Airport. The soundproofing is far from what it should be. So if you are into the sound of jet planes all night long this hotel is... More

Always enjoy my stay at a Hyatt Place no matter the city. The Vegas HP is no exception. Quiet ,Clean rooms , good breakfast and friendly staff. Will stay at this location when I return to Las Vegas. Would recommend this location to anyone staying in the area

Typical Hyatt Place. Only negative was the air traffic. The departure runway did not go directly over the hotel, but close. Close to the stripe if that means anything. Located next to a German Beer Hall which was very interesting.

Charles F, Thank you for taking the time to review our property on TripAdvisor! We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, since we are categorized as a airport location, we do occasionally hear some air traffic noise. Next time you stay with us, go ahead and ask the Gallery Hosts for some earplugs to help you sleep a little sounder, in case... More

I refrained from giving this property a review below average because I knew what to expect (and because you really need to be bad before I call a place poor or terrible). I think a lot of the very negative reviews were probably expecting a great place for a fun stay in Vegas, which I would argue this is not,... More

ceeebo, Thank you so much for taking the time to review our property on TripAdvisor. As with any project, a full property renovation has definitely shown some struggles at times. We are checking regularly for waste and renovation materials and cleaning them up as we see them. Fortunately, there is a light on the horizon and the renovation will be... More

This hotel can be right underneath the runway used, depending on wind conditions. If planes are departing overhead, the rooms are noisy and sleep is very difficult. Like most hotels in Las Vegas, it gets very hard use, from guests who are "harder" on rooms than usual. There are ongoing renovations but the hotel is still quite dated.

Donald L, Thank you for taking the time to review our property on TripAdvisor! As we are considered an airport property, our guests do hear some of the air traffic in the area. We offer complimentary earplugs, and they are available at the front desk upon request for our lighter sleepers. I apologize if this noise caused you any inconvenience... More

I stayed in a room on the 6th floor, the air conditioning in the hall is super loud, but I also think the air conditioning on the roof was the root cause of another sound issue. There was a very low bassy hum in the room, when you put your head on the pillow it was like when you rest... More

This hotel is a mile or so east of the Las Vegas strip. They offer free airport transportation and free shuttle service to the strip. They also include a hot breakfast each morning. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. One of the elevators was out of order which made it a bit more difficult getting to my room as... More
