Traveling with 60 athletes can be a challenge, but the Hyatt Place in Las Vegas was the BEST service we have encountered from hotel staff ever. Check in was quick and easy, free wifi, and they were very accommodating to our group's needs. More

I can't thank Dawn WoodCock enough for her excellent service as Manager of Sales. For her to be able to accommadate our SW Airlines employees the day before our arrival. The minute I got off the phone she sent me all the information and had everything done within an hour. It was great to have free shuttle pick up and... More

Clean, nice hotel, friendly helpful staff. Average breakfast. Off the strip hotel. Shuttle service to and from the Airport. Shuttle service to the strip dropping at Planet Hollywood. Planes fly over once in awhile as the Hotel is located at the end of the runway. Great alternative if you want a quite place to stay close but away from the... More

First of all, I came here after 3 days at the Cosmopolitan. A huge step down I think we can all agree. Cosmo gives you a trip to the best buffet in Vegas for breakfast, Hyatt gives you cold cereal fruit and not very good coffee. Cosmo has wifi that works, Hyatt does not. Very slow if at all. The... Stayed at the Hyatt Place for the massive CES show. I have stayed at Hyatt Places in over a dozen city and they all deliver pretty much exactly the same product. Nice room, big TV, and a nice place to work. I also had a room with a great view of the strip in the distance. Very nice--ask for a... More

From the check in to the end of our trip, Hyatt Place Las Vegas was an outstanding experience. The hotel shuttle picked us up from Mc Carran airport and took us to the hotel as soon as we called them. The ckeck in was very quicly and the room was so spacious and clean that made our stay really comfortable.... More

Found this place on tripadvisor. Glad we did. Pros: No bed bugs! Not a casino! No crazy patterns in the carpet to make you dizzy like in the casino hotels. Plus, no casino smell. Man, those places really reek. Very large rooms. Non-smoking rooms (although I felt like I was smelling cig smoke all night, maybe just carry over from... More

This property is right next to UNLV and a few blocks away from the "Strip". They run an hourly shuttle servie to the Planet Hollywood, but you're better off taking a cab if you don't mind paying about 8-10 bucks to actually get where you want to go. The rooms are clean and in great shape with new HDTVs and... More

I had a chance to stay here for business and was very happy with the customer service. The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful to me and very warm. They gave me wonderful tips (and maps) about how I could get to an urgent care center and personally ran things up to my room when... More
