Just spent one night at the Alexis Park. This place has definitely seen better days. While the rooms were spacious, they were dingy (mine smelled like a fast food kitchen) and outdated. Hotel was quiet and clean and not far from the strip but far enough to need a taxi (around $12 at trip).
