Don't stay here. The property is obviously run by someone who cares more about bottom line than the comfort of their guests. The restaurant, bar and small onsite store were closed for 3 days of our stay. There are some wait staff that are pleasant, but the majority of the desk staff act as if they are being inconvenienced by... More

I recently stayed at the Alexis Park to attend a business conference. Typically, when I go to Las Vegas, I stay at a Strip Hotel because I enjoy the convenience without having to rent a car. Since this was a business trip, I didn't mind that the hotel was off-strip, but what did concern me were the surroundings. The property... More

This hotel has pluses and minuses, so one would have to decide if the pluses outweigh the minuses. Reading reviews on different sites, it seems that the same type of room varies widely. It is a huge complex but one would never realize this unless you wander around. The landscaping/grounds for the most part is pleasant and relaxing. Two of... More

Stayed here for 3 days/ 2 nights Knights of Columbus State Convention on the last week of April. Our group booked about 50 plus rooms. Eloise and Joann of Alexis Sales did a splendid job for our room accommodation and banquet requirements. The Hotel Front Desk Staff were very helpful and efficient, specially Florence. Kudos to Banquet Service headed by... More

I booked this resort on Priceline express so I had no idea which hotel I was getting. I paid $45 per night and I must say I was so shocked when I arrived. This is a quiet resort which is located close to the strip but not on it. I enjoyed it because it was quiet and the room we... More

This property was unbelievable! It looks like it was built in the 80's and has never been updated, on the inside that is! The outside of the property doesn't look too bad, but the inside of the rooms are a mess. We got to our room and the room smelled heavily of smoke, yet they claim they are an all... More

I apologize for the experience you encountered at our hotel. You are correct our property is a non smoking facility obviously the guest before you had smoked in the room. As for the maintenance issues they should have been handled before your arrival if not as soon as you reported them. This is an older hotel with lush grounds and... More

Great value for the rate we paid. Not too far from Strip easy walk or bus/cab ride. Very good breakfast. Bit of noise from planes arriving and departing airport. Comfortable room. Good facilities. Would recommend for budget accommodation.

I couldn't agree with you more we are a “Great Value” close to the Strip. The noise from the planes is almost over. They have been resurfacing one of our major runways for the past year. The completion date for the air strip is the end of May. Believe me everyone in our neighborhood can not wait to have the... More

The shabby room blocks house Motel 6 style rooms with doors that won't close, light fittings that don't work, air conditioning stuck on 64 degrees... There is zero sound-proofing between the two levels, so we spent our first night listening to kids stomping across the room directly above us. We had a miserable stay and won't go back. From the... I know apologies only go so far and excuses even less. We are an older bungalow style resort with two story buildings and for that I can not make excuses either. Cox is currently working with us so we will be able to offer complimentary WiFi to all of our guests. Our staff should always be friendly and accommodating from... More

We appreciate your comments and are pleased to know you enjoyed your stay. The hotel is definitely close to and within walking distance to the strip. We are currently working with Cox to update our WiFi. Once this is completed we will be able to offer complimentary WiFi in our rooms as well as the public areas. I agree the... More
