We stayed here twice, once as a couple and once with friends. We needed a budget friendly place to stay while still being close to the strip. Most afternoons/evenings were spent on the strip but we enjoyed mornings at the pool (very clean and not too crowded). We always requested an updated room and were always very pleased. There are... I HIGHLY recommend against staying at Alexis Park Hotel. The management leaves it up to maintenance staff to provide a new room when a lamp literally EXPLODES in your face, instead of coming out and even apologizing or asking if you're okay. How do I know this? I experienced it. The female night manager was absolutely ridiculous in the way... More

Where do I even start…. excuses are not the answer. Management should definitely have addressed your safety the minute you brought this to their attention. For someone to have not taken the time to speak to you until the next morning is not acceptable. I have addressed this with our Front Desk Manager’s so they understand our guests come first... More

I recently booked and then cancelled this hotel for the weekend. My credit card company called me to report fraudulent activity and there were several charges to a taxi, restaurant, store, etc. in Las Vegas for the weekend that I was supposed to have been there. The booking and subsequent cancellation was the only connection that I've had to Las... More

We recently completed a 25 night stay for a medical emergency. The Alexis Park became our home and the hotel staff became family. The hotel met (or exceeded) all of our needs. The standard suite rooms were spacious and comfortable, with private bath, sitting area and a kitchen/dining counter. We also found it very convenient to have parking just a... More

This hotel really was an ideal location for staying in Las Vegas - lots of comfort but without the hectic turbulence if the casino hotels on the strip. We enjoy our stay very much and will surely come back! Brenda at the service desk was very helpful and is a very friendly person!

Rooms are old and disgusting they are exactly like the negative reviews posted here... NOT AT ALL what is posted on online site. The pool was the only amenities (two out of the three worked the nicer pool closed @ 6) that was available after specifically picking it for the restaurant shows and spa. This is how we ended our... This all suite hotel is an excellent place to stay for families. Conveniently located off the strip but close enough to still be fun! My kids love this place. This is our third time staying here and we actually moved to hard rock casino then moved back to Alexis park because the kids liked it better here! Parking is great... More

It is always a pleasure to receive guest comments. We are currently working on “Free” Wifi for our rooms hopefully this will be in place by the end of the year. The showers are usually at a standard height. If you could let me know the room number I would be happy to check as to why this room is... More

Upon walking into our room, we noticed the nice new carpet, small kitchenette and living area with tv and desk. All seemed okay until we entered the bathroom. The tub was in the worse condition I have ever seen. there was mold around all the edges, and the tub was chipped and needed desperate replacing or at the very least... More

We are currently refinishing all of our bath tubs. The project started in late June and will be completed by mid September. I apologize that the room you stayed in had not yet been done. I have contacted the company that services our soda machines to make sure we are not currently having issues. Yes, it is true since we... More

Our room was nice and housecleaning had been there (the bed was made..) but didn't clean up after the previous guest... Everything from their toiletries to their itinerary was still in the room.. Felt gross to be there! Collected a full trash bag of stuff... Used razor, bottles of 5 hour energy, used toothbrush, soap with hair on it in... More

I don’t know where to begin. Obviously you were checked into a dirty room not a vacant clean one. This is not acceptable and I agree with you I would not have stayed in this room. Please give us a chance to make our mistake up to you when you return to Las Vegas in the future. Contact me directly... More
