Coming out of the gate; I am an experienced traveler, however, this is my first review on any property. I intend to keep all of my reviews in the future honest and unbiased regardless. I booked this property through Expedia.ca approximately three weeks prior to arrival. In the special request section I requested to be placed close to all amenities... More

We knew this wasn't going to be a super flash hotel but it was better than I expected. We were surprised that the room wasn't just 1 room but also had a lounge area. It was clean and we had enough towels. I was worried the blanket was too thin but I turned the air conditioning up to compensate. We... More

If you're looking for a convenient option near the airport and don't want the craziness that goes along with staying at a casino, then this is a decent option for you. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The pools were nice, although the one closest to our room was under construction and was closed. The bar/restaurant left a bit... More

Thank you for your comments regarding your stay at the Alexis Park Resort. I am so pleased that you recognized some of our strong suits and am also pleased to say the pool under construction opened in October. We also switched over to Complimentary Wi-Fi in all of our Guest Rooms in November and still no Resort Fee. We sincerely... More

Got a last minute request to attend the CES so the Alexis was one of a few options. Rooms are clean, large and functional. This place looks like a condominium project and many buildings so try to get a room close to lobby if you don't like walking. Perfect place if you have a car. Across the street from the... More

This resort isn't all bad. My reason for only a 2 rating is that my heat in my original suite wouldn't work, neither of the 2 units. 50° is cold even in Las Vegas. There were a couple other issues. The front desk kindly and quickly moved us to a different suite. The heat in the bedroom works, but not... More

My apologies for the difficulties you encountered during your stay with us at Alexis Park. At this time of year, when the weather has been unseasonably cold, it is disconcerting to not have the heaters in your room not working properly. We have taken your comments seriously and are working to maintain the heaters and air conditioners in all of... More

The Alexis Park Resort is a great value. Let me explain. It is not one of the glamorous big casino resorts. It is not all of the glitz and glamour of Vegas. But ... it is a great value ... large suite-style room; kitchenette; sitting area; comfortable bed and free breakfast. Easy access to The Strip. Easy and close parking.... More

I stayed for 3 nights. Check in went smoothly and was even accommodated by being given a room near by the other guy I was traveling with. The room looked freshly painted with mostly updated furniture. The bathroom light only worked intermittently and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The walls were pretty thin and you could hear when... More

The lobby, conference rooms and public areas are ok, the buildings and the rooms are old, they are big but the furniture and bathrooms are old and not maintained. THe continental breakfast is awful and has no variety, only waffles and cereal, that's it. We ordered lunch and dinner for our meetings and that food was very good.

first thing was: the reception was unable to handle multiple credit cards. second: planes seem to fly directly through your room, the only time you could sleep was between midnight and about 4 a.m. when no plane was going (hardrock hotel is just opposite and they don't have this problem, we stayed there right before moving to Alexis). AC doesn't... More

Rooms were very clean. Staff and cleaning staff were excellent to make stay enjoyable.....only slept there after midnight after the strip. Wi-Fi did not work or the telephone? The complimentary weekday continental breakfast is excellent value.....free! Did not have to look for a restaurant first thing in the morning! Overall enjoyed the place. :)
