We overnighted here and were delighted to get an upgrade without asking. It was mid-week and the hotel wasn't fully occupied. The room was spacious, very clean, beautifully furnished with a view of the inner courtyard from the 7th floor. Bed was very comfortable. Although the casino area is smoky (yecch!) you can enter from a side door by the... More

One of the reasons I love Vegas is the people, they know how to give good service and make you feel welcome. This Hotel is no exception. I felt like I was going first class on a budget. The only bad experience was the 10 pm wake-up call of their laser show. I was up at 5:30 am to make... More

I stayed for two night at Sam's Town Hotel - The room was nice - clean and bed was comfortable. I had a service animal with me and the staff was very nice about accommodating us. The casino had enough machines to get to use one without any difficulty. There was a Panda Express in the outer lobby which was... More

We recently stayed at Sam's Town in Las Vegas. The room was a nice size and very clean. The bed wasn't very comfy. A bit soft and is due for a change. The wall paper had seen better days but the room service did a great job keeping the room clean for the five nights were stayed there. The buffet... More

We went to their buffet for their prime rib. They have an overcooked one on the counter but I saw one behind the meat cutter Arturo. I have asked him if I can get the freshly cooked one, the guy gave me an attitude and proceeded to cut me a very small piece. I have asked for another slice and... More

I stayed here overnight just last week. It was my first time staying off the strip. I was very pleased with the room quality, accomadations and buffets as they were as good or better than the strip for a lower price. The hotel features entertainment over shopping which is a big plus and a really nice atrium where they put... More

Stayed here during a recent weekend. My comped 2-night stay was after a crazy few days on the strip. It was nice to be in a more quiet location during the busy weekend. The reason I'm not giving this review better than "average" rating is because of the non-existent drink service on the casino floor on the weekend. The Pros... More

I enjoyed that this place had everything there, from the food to the casino to the movie theater. Add to it how it's arranged similar to an Embassy Suites with the view of the atrium lobby area. I never felt the need to leave. Except when I checked out. If I come back on leisure, I know where I'm staying... More

We spent a week at Sam's Town and but for a few annoyances, the stay was very good. It is not one of the glitzy, high end 'Strip' hotels, but a great place for a family visit or as a couple. Pro's..... Lots of very good eating places in the Hotel! Discounts abound for BConnect members! The courtyard is very... More

Ok...the only thing I had an issue with was the damn bed - too soft for me. Other than that, no issues. Parking was pretty close and lots of it. The casino was nice. The kids liked the bowling alley. The price is good. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and painless.
