Nice large room, sadly they do not have in room coffee. But getting a $10 food credit each day we were there was great. The beds were so nice, not to hard not to soft, perfect. Bathroom was clean and large, but no fan for circulation. We will stay again, I do hope they plan on having in room coffee... More

First and foremost, I am the female version of Anthony Melchiorri I expect cleanliness and top notch customer service. I did research before I made my reservations. I took in account the information on this website and information from my husbands family (who are Las Vegas locals). I tried to be optimistic and unbias, however that soon changed when I... More

Spent a few hours here one evening and enjoyed the 'off strip' atmosphere and more old skool style. Great light and laser show in the main lobby area (which I think is on most nights) and then went for a bit of a wander around and ended up having a drink and few games in the classic American bowling alley... Always a great, clean room. The only drawback is no office center (internet kiosk available to print for a fee) and no in room coffee maker. Enjoyed staying here overall. See my other reviews for dining.

The staff are efficient and friendly, there is a good buffet, and the layout of the casino is such that you don't feel cramped. They could use a larger non-smoking area. We saw very few security people inside the property. Some drifty characters were lurking about and people were smoking in the small non-smoking section. The men's casino restroom next... More

I absolutely love this place. It's off the stip, so peaceful. The restaurants are great. Rooms clean. I have been going to Vegas for the last 20 years. Use to stay on the strip, too congested and expensive. The only place, I would stay, when I go there. Love it.

We only stayed for 1 night at Sam's and as we didn't really fancy driving on the strip which is manic - we booked up... Not to mention the price was right and the reviews were mainly good! To start with you can park in any of the car parks and all of them give you easy access to the... More

Staff were all courteous: reservation agent, valet, bell, front desk staff, deli, TGIF, buffet and maids. We booked the same day for 2 queen beds with $10 food/credit for $44.99 + tax, with an $11 resort fee +tax to be paid upon departure. When we booked, non-smoking rooms were available, but when we arrived 2 hours later, none were (???).... More

I really like how they have built the inside rooms to look down into the center court which is the garden area. Although the rooms are dated, they were clean. I would recommend staying during mid week if you are looking for a better rate. Ask for a room that looks into the center court. Unfortunately we had one of... More

A must see. This hotel has a mystic fall in the center and it is peaceful and beautiful. it's a little off the strip but so well worth the visit. May daughter is getting married there and the staff have been the best of the best. I recommend anyone that is planning a wedding to check this place out.
