Our car keys would not work half the time which was a big hassle, the elevator barely worked and was really slow. Got stuck in it one time. No microwave and we were expecting one. Noisy staff when cleaning hard to sleep in plus they push those carts around late at night so hard to get to sleep. Poor tv... More

I was pleasantly suprised with this hotel! The rooms are oversized and very clean! The whole grounds of the hotel were clean. The employees from the font desk, van and restaurant were very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. Felt very safe at this hotel! More

Nothing spectacular. The front desk staff in the evening was rude and disrespectful. The ATM was broken and no one was in a hurry to fix it when I asked even staff about it she advised me to go to the store 2 blocks up. It was broken all weekend. I asked a question about events and i was disregarded.... More

I stayed here while on a strict budged and was extremely happy. The paint wasn't all fresh but the staff was better than I have seen in a LONG time. Extremely friendly, comfortable bed, quiet rooms. I will definitely consider it next time. More

Spent four days here for a conference in Vegas. Room was comfortable, beds were surprisingly good and the hotel staff met all my needs. Price was the deciding factor in staying here. I enjoyed the fact that I didn't have to walk through a casino to get to my room which was nice considering the location. Didn't use the shuttle... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and it was a good choice for a short stay in Las Vegas. The queen size bedroom (pool-side, 1st level) surprised with it's size (kitchen, living-room incl.) and the facilities within the hotel were ok, too. The Strip is within walking distance - if you are willing to spend 10-15 minutes going... More

It's close to Las Vegas Convention Center but ........ it's really dated. On the good side, it was a large room. The WiFi was a solid connection but very slow. Smoke from the casino operation, all machines, was heavy in the restaurant and elevator. The barkeep was was really working hard and also functioned as waitress and busgirl so although... More
