Great hotel, rooms are some of the biggest in Vegas (but for some reason don't give slippers). They do charge a "resort fee" which always gets up my nose. For $20 you get free internet (but only if you have a laptop which I didn't), Free local phone calls (not much use to me in the UK!!), a free coffee... More

We travel to Vegas for business twice a year. We have stayed at the Bellagio, MGM, Treasure Island, The Golden Nugget, Trump (extremely poor), Encore (Great Hotel) and the Palazzo. I would rate the Palazzo and Encore as the best 2 hotels in Vegas. The service is outstanding and the Casino shows little sign of smoke. The 720 sq. foot... More

Myself, my boss, and his father, were down in Vegas for about a week in january to attend a convention. Being 3 full grown male adults and needing 3 beds in the same room is a hard thing to find in las Vegas, most places will force you to get a second room or to share a bed which isn't... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing The Palazzo as your host during your recent visit. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the numerous dining experiences offered at the Venetian|The Palazzo. Still, I apologize that your visit was not a complete success, and apologize for the challenges experienced. While I was relieved to learn that ultimately the bedding for... More

From beginning to end this hotel is amazing. Robert Hoffman our Concierge helped us and made us feel like Kings and Queens. With the room to all the details Robert went above and beyond for us and we cant thank him enough. Our Siena suite was just amazing, Dinner at FIRST was great, loved the food there. We went to... The suites of Palazzo are very much like those in Venetian though slightly more modern and updated. Even the smallest suite has 3 TVs. Palazzo does charge an extra $40 a night for a view, but it is nice to open the drapes with the remote and look out at the mountains without ever leaving the bed! I am so... More

Never liked Vegas but The Palazzo was really nice! Wish I could get a cup of coffee for less than 5 bucks or a beer for less than $10 nearby but I guess they need to make some cash to keep open the shopping mall it is surrounded by, that no one buys anything at. More

Stayed here for 3 nights in January, and couldn't be happier. Check in was smooth. We got up to our room, didn't care too much for the view, called downstairs and asked if we could be moved to a room with a nicer view, and they were more than happy to assist. In just a few short minutes, we were... More

It has been almost a year since my visit to The Palazzo, and I just realized I never wrote a review. Recently I've been feeling an urge to go back, which isn't in the cards right now so a review is the next best thing. First of all, this is an incredible physical property. It is NOT a true luxury... Stayed at the Pallazzo quite a few times and this time I booked four rooms for a convention I was attending with employees. We arrived on Wednesday evening to find that the hotel was completely full and our rooms were not available. After some scrambling by hotel staff they provided four suites after quite a length of time. This might... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for providing valuable feedback on your recent stay at The Venetian|The Palazzo. I am very pleased to hear that you had a fantastic time shopping and dining on our property; however, I can’t express enough how disheartening it is to read about the challenges you encountered at check-in regarding your suite accommodations. There is certainly no... More

Palazzo is connecting to Venetian, cross Las Vegas Blvd to Mirage and Treasure Island, and next to Wynn by a bridge across Sands Ave. Their room is larger than other hotels with a very large and beautiful bathroom. It is very comfortable to stay at Palazzo. Although the hotel is only 2 years old, missing buttons are found on the... More
