The front desk staff gave us the key to a room that was already occupied. Not a great start walking into a room with a half naked guy in it. They didn't seem too concerned with their mistake either. The property itself is nice. Great pool and the floating river is very cool. The rooms are ok; not great, but... More

Thank you for visiting Tahiti Village. We apologize for sending you to an occupied room. We hope our offer to upgrade you to a unit with a premium view made up in some small way for the dubious start to your stay. We would further apologize for our perceived lack of empathy for your concern over the event. We work... More

The biggest problem was lack of hot water!! At times it was medium, but never hot and often cold. In 2 different rooms the TV's were broken. (They did come and fix them.) The drawn on the bathtub didn't work properly. Parking at night was a nightmare. The food in Tahiti Joe's was excellent and the shuttle was on time... More

Thank you for visiting Tahiti Village. We are glad you enjoyed your stay, the hot water and TV difficulties notwithstanding. In regards to the hot water issue, unfortunately we experienced a rare leak during your visit that may have contributed to the temperature problem. We apologize for the inconvenience. We think the issue with the TVs was a result of... More

My sis-in-law and I visited T-V in October for a 4-day birthday getaway (and her first visit to Vegas!). While I was hoping to switch to the larger (full kitchen) suite, they were completely booked the time we were there, so we were "stuck" with the smaller lock-off portion. It ended up being JUST FINE. With the multitude of wonderful... More

Thank you for visiting Tahiti Village. We are happy you and your sister found our Moorea to your liking. Our roomy 580-square foot suite sleeps four, comes with a fully equipped kitchenette and offers a private bedroom with a king bed. We are sorry for the long wait at check-in and again for the parking pass. We are located on... More

Good for families, older and all. Not in the middle of the strip, but their free shuttle can get you there quickly (pay shuttle to airport), and they have a free (but limited time) one to downtown Vegas, too. We didn't rent a car the entire time. Great pool and lazy river / tropical area oasis. Large rooms and typical... More

The location, rooms, and resort amenities were almost ideal. Unfortunately the employees from the front desk to the concierge staff were obstinate, unprofessional, and downright rude. This property has some obvious management and training issues. More

We stayed 2 nights at the Tahiti Village. The rooms were clean, spacious and very accommodating for our group. The kitchen can in very handy and the washer/dryer was a life saver during our stay. Check-in was very easy and quick along with securing our parking pass. We rented a car which was the best option after reviewing other reviews.... More

Thank you for visiting Tahiti Village. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Your 971-square foot Bora Bora suite is one of the best values in Las Vegas. It comes with a private master bedroom, full kitchen and washer-dryer. While we provide free daily shuttle service to the resort corridor, having a private vehicle is a convenient way to get... More

Great place, quiet in December so checking in and out was a breeze. View was nice if the palm tree hadn't have been in the way, we overlooked the pool. Lazy River and pool looked great but it was way to cold to try them out which was a real shame. Apartment was very good although noticed there was a... More

Thank you for visiting Tahiti Village. We applaud your adventurous spirit. The Strip from Tahiti Village is easily accessible by car or shuttle, but quite a little hike on foot. That is the kind of constitution that would easily allow you to enjoy our comfortably heated pool and Lazy River in winter. Give it a try next time. We apologize... More

We were going to stay in Mesquite at the Casa Blanca which we like very much but the logistics (the commute to Vegas) didn't seem very conducive to a vacation. Referred by friends to try the Tahiti Village where they have a time share. We got a great rate through Interval International. We were there in October as my wife... More

Thank you for visiting Tahiti Village. We appreciate your advocacy. Congratulations on your great showing in the Ragnar. It sounds like you could have run from Mesquite to our resort and been none the worse for wear. We are happy you found everything to your liking. Your particular suite, the 971-square foot Bora Bora, has a full kitchen, private master... More

This was our second time staying at a vacation ownership resort. It was a highs and lows experience from the beginning. Having arrived an hour early for check in, I expected to have to wait for a room. What I didn't expect was to be turned into a pinball. I was bounced from reception to concierge and back, only to... Thank you for visiting Tahiti Village. We apologize for sending you careening from one side of the resort to the other. We try to accommodate early check-ins to the best of our ability and strive to get you into your room ahead of schedule if possible. We are sorry our one-bedroom Moorea wasn’t to your liking. We would have gladly... More

I stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend recently because I purchased it as a deal on Groupon. We both had a wonderful time! Upon first arrival, I thought the place was beautiful. The front staff seemed slow and disinterested but I figured it was midnight and they might have just been tired. I visited the concierge desk the next... More
