My parents live and play in the area, so when they need a room for out of town company, or to be closer to the hospital they always stay at Red Rock. My brother and I also traveled down this last week because of such a time, our father was having surgery and we came for him and to help... More

I'd stayed the previous night in Death Valley and by comparison this place was paradise! Even without the contrast though, it would have been great. Spacious room, modern decor, clean, comfortable, the best pillow I've ever laid my head on. Only criticism really was that the WiFi was rather unreliable. The pool area was good, though not as big as... More

My favorite feature in the room is the big soaking tub. It's nice and deep so you feel like your floating, which is very relaxing. The TV located next to the tub is also a nice feature. I could soak in that thing for hours. The bed is big and comfy. I like the little sitting area with 2 chairs... More

The resort was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. If you go to Vegas to visit the strip this is not the place to stay. I was there to visit friends so the cab fare was $50.00 one way to the strip. It would be cheaper to rent a car to visit the strip.

Overall, good experience. As other reviewer mentioned, can be long walk to room from elevator lobby (not much they can do about that now) and it would have been nice to have a coffee maker and small frig in room. We very much enjoyed using the "SPA" as part of our stay (included in resort fee). Nice relaxing sitting area... More

Stayed at the Red Rock Resort November 9 - 13 17th floor overlooking the pool. About a 20 minute drive from the rental car center 25 minutes from the airport. Checked in around 6:00 PM, went very smooth and quick. Our room had two queen size beds very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very spacious. If you wish to... More

I have stayed here on multiple occasions and have come to the same conclusion.......poor customer service. If you can get to your room and the room key actually works, you will find the accommodations nice but we had to get our keys redone three times the first day....and, no, for the third time. I don't have it near a cellphone... More

Restaurants are good. Unfortunately we were having a business event and the food catered was not so great - 1 of four meals was decent. Would have been better going to the restaurants. Business services centered is way overpriced (5 color copies of a document of about 10 pages was $150. Massage was about $200 for 80 minutes. Some folks... More

I would of given a 5 star but a few complaints hindered me from doing so. I was there for a conference and let me just say that for a hotel that nice, you would think you would serve better coffee. Alot of people in the conference went downstairs to Starbucks including myself for regular coffee. Also, since I'm a... More
