Nice hotel, however their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Upon checkout I had a 2-hour window before heading to the airport. I had been pumping for the last several days, I asked Jeff in Guest Relations upon checkout if they could please set my cooler in a freezer while we waited to head to the airport. He... More

The scenery here is spectacular! loved it..Nice comfortable rooms, beautiful roomy bathroom. Very spacious. Pool area lovely, not at lot of shaded areas, but very comfortable chaise loungers. I would have loved to have a frozen margarita, but the price was $16.00 and it was loads of alcohol, which I didn't really want,I just wanted a reg frozen margarita .Someone said all pool drinks... On my recent trip to LV my friend and I wanted to visit her parents in the Las Vegas suburbs. We decided to try Red Rock and were pleasantly surprised. The beautiful lobby, casino and restaurants look and feel like you are at a nice place on the strip. Our room was at the end of the hall which was... More

We stayed here for our yearly good bye summer trip we take with friends before we start school and let me tell you its a great place. There have about 10 small pools and my children enjoyed going in and out each one of them they do give you towels so you don't have to worry about taking yours just... More

Let me admit upfront that our rooms and VIP status were comped to us by a friend. That said, we did spend a good amount of our own money at Red Rock via gambling, food, drinks, etc. for us to have enough of a buy-in to comment here and write a legitimate review. Were picked up at the airport by... More

While we knew it was waaaaay far out, we didn't realize that their bus shuttle to the strip stopped at 10pm, which is ridiculous. Also, you couldn't even bring bottled water you bought at their casino to the pool. It's like being kidnapped out there when you have to buy all their high priced items from their restaurants...we were told... More

I have stayed here a couple times and have loved it. The spa especially is amazing. They have special early morning deals (early morning Vegas standards - so like 9:00 am) as well as general deals for people staying at the hotel. I enjoyed the pool. Prices for food at the pool restaurant are over the top ridiculous (and you... More

Check-in was a breeze, got a great room, 16th floor Red Rock Canyon side, beautiful, started to settle in when we found some used Q-Tipps on the floor and also a big already picked and eaten bunch of grapes. I brought the items down to the front desk where they called the housekeeping Mgr. down and Mark was so embarrassed... More

Before checking in I called & spoke with Jose (the "manager") regarding removing the snack tray (e-tray) from our room due to my little guys allergies & his Autism (doesn't quite understand not to touch tempting snacks). Jose said that there would be a $25 charge. I told him I didn't think it was fair to be charged for my... More

A very nice property. Clean, well kept and well run. Not plagued with cigarette smoke etc either. A wide variety of dining options and a decent casino floor for those who want to gamble, but do not want the insanity of The Strip. A great pool, spa and fitness center as well. The rooms are well appointed and quiet.
