I had my mother with me on this business trip and by the end of our stay the staff was calling my mom...mom! The primary valet was Tom, he really made us feel welcome, actually made us feel at home, immediately. Ann, one of the Front Desk Staff, took great care at selecting an awesome room so my mom didn't... More

Housekeeping left the room dirty, maintenance didnt respond at all to fix a broken door handle, but the hotel was good for the price. Carlton is their best employee by far.

Unfortunately I have to go to Las Vegas [ugh!] at least once a year for a conference and always have to stay in the Bellagio which I hate with a passion. Before checking into the Bellagio I spend 1 or 2 nights at The Renaissance. It's a haven of peace and tranquility, away from the total tackiness of 'the strip'.... More

The Renaissance provides a nice reprieve from the hustle, bustle and tackiness of the strip. It's essentially an upscale business hotel: pool yes, casino no. The rooms are typical for the brand but the bathroom was glorious, with a separate tub and shower. Housekeeping stank (only one towel in the bathroom, request for a corkscrew NEVER delivered), but the front... More

I was in Vegas for a conference at the Convention Center. I decided to stay at the Renaissance because it was in walking distance to the Convention Center and it is a non-smoking hotel. I'm sure the walk in colder weather would be quite reasonable, but in the July heat it was almost unbearable. This is not necessarily the fault... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us regarding your recent stay. We regret, however, to learn that you were not happy with the pocket door to the restroom. It... More

As I travel more than 240 days a year I have to say that this hotel is by far one of the best I have stayed at. The entire staff makes you feel welcome, from the doormen and valets out front, to the staff at the front desk and the staff at the Envy Steakhouse and not to forget the... More

Comfortable bed, very clean bathroom with both tub and shower stall and adequately furnished with a good desk chair and lounge chair with ottoman. Friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast at Envy. Didn't use the monorail to get to the strip as planned but about a $15 taxi ride made it easy and hassle free to get to... More

The hotel is located off the strip, blocks behind the Wynn hotel. I dont think it is walking distance to the strip (the only negative thing I can say about this hotel) but there is a tram that can be used to travel from the hotel to the Las Vegas Strip. The area around the hotel was quiet. Free parking... More

This hotel had a fantastic rate for the days I was there which included a $25 food credit. Check in was efficient and friendly. My room was nice, but the lack of coffee maker disappointed. Nevertheless, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Room service was prompt and tasty (chicken wings at night and eggs benedict in the... More

While our treatment by the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the total ambiance of the Hotel was wonderful, I feel that our stay was enhanced by the over-and-beyond performance of specific persons employed there. Our stay began with the lead Valet, Carlton Stewart, and his friendly manner, knowledge of the area and events, and just plain "make you... More
