From the moment your car/taxi pulls up to the front till the time you leave you will be sincerely greeted/acknowledged by every employee that crosses your path! Everyone there is "delighted to serve" you. The valet is just as wonderful as Martha, who answers your calls, is. Rob is the manager and has a wonderful crew at the front desk.... More

Happy that we picked this hotel for our holiday stay. Easy to find, complimentary valet parking and right beside the monorail making it a good base for what we wanted to do. Had room overlooking strip and golf course - seemed fairly new. Friendly staff in bar and good range of bar food. Envy restaurant fine but a bit pricey... More

We have to go to Vegas for a business meeting every other October. The Renaissance is quiet and calm enough for us to get some rest away from the pumped up, loud and crazy Strip. And we love the uplifting, modern design and colors. Being just 7 years old, it is is great condition, too. Room 1050 overlooked the Strip... More

I wanted to try at this hotel since I am a Marriott customer. The room is nice and there's a a good Steakhouse located inside the hotel. I do have a few complaints though since there is no mini bar which I found unusual. Also in room dining is not 24 hours. There are times when I just don't feel... More

I travel a lot for work and I am always happy to go back to Vegas and stay at The Renaissance. The staff is friendly. The hotel itself is great!! The workout room is better then most hotels that I go to. A short walk to the Monorail so you can get to the strip if you prefer. The rooms... More

Stayed here a few times several years back (no reviews yet), but I was somewhat let down this time. First, as a Plat elite, I had access to the club level and free wifi. The hotel was busy, so no upgrade or club floor room. The room was at the end of the hall, a little smaller than I remember,... More

Stayed at the Renaissance for 3 nights (2 for business and one for pleasure), and the staff were very helpful, the hotel clean and modern, the bed comfortable, and the pool nice for relaxing or for families with children to play. The only negative was that the hotel is a decent distance from the strip (although the train or tram... More

This hotel is conveniently located near the convention center and monorail stop. Rooms with a view of the strip will have a nice view of the Wynn/Encore golf course. The hotel common areas, pool and lounge are tastefully done. I know it's vegas and I know times are tough, but the absence of a complimentary Wi-fi connection in a non-casino... More

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend, September 22 and 23. I booked through Priceline and got a great deal. It's off the strip, but not too far off the strip...just minutes away from the Venetian. Pluses: Quick check-in, I even got to check in early. Free valet parking, but we just used the free self-parking. (Not sure if... More

We stayed here because they were running a free night special. We were going for our Anniversary so we wanted to stay at a 4-star hotel but couldn't afford the strip. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat; here's why: - Quiet, no casino, no smoking, no shows, so not a lot of tourist traffic. The valet never gets too... More
