Staff: Very welcoming and helpful. We had 2 rooms and they were able to put us pretty near each other on the same floor. The bell-persons were very efficient in checking everyone's luggage into storage when the line started getting long. Rooms: The rooms are fair in size, very clean, and pretty up-to-date--typical 3.5-4 star hotel. Also, for those who... More

We stayed here for 4 nights this summer while we were in Vegas taking care of family business. We got a great price, but wouldnt have complained if it were more, because we were able to walk in, unaccosted by smoke and the typical casino sounds and smells, to a beautiful, calm, classy lobby each morning and evening. There was... More

This hotel is about 10 mins drive from the strip. Will be more convenient for those who are driving. Other than that, the hotel is a great gem. Very clean, comfortable beds, welcome drink at the lobby. We enjoyed our stay very much!

While I absolutely love almost everything about this hotel, it's the service that really stands out and makes me want to come back month after month!!!! From the beautiful smiles of Margie and Tamara at the front desk and their williingness to put me in the best room possible, to Regina in the concierge lounge who always makes be feel... More

We ended up at the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel after bidding on Priceline. The hotel was beautiful and it was a great place to stay during our first visit to Las Vegas, it is very close to th monorail. The parking was free, bed was comfy and the rooms were clean... not much more you could ask for!

I had my mother with me on this business trip and by the end of our stay the staff was calling my mom...mom! The primary valet was Tom, he really made us feel welcome, actually made us feel at home, immediately. Ann, one of the Front Desk Staff, took great care at selecting an awesome room so my mom didn't... More

Housekeeping left the room dirty, maintenance didnt respond at all to fix a broken door handle, but the hotel was good for the price. Carlton is their best employee by far.

Unfortunately I have to go to Las Vegas [ugh!] at least once a year for a conference and always have to stay in the Bellagio which I hate with a passion. Before checking into the Bellagio I spend 1 or 2 nights at The Renaissance. It's a haven of peace and tranquility, away from the total tackiness of 'the strip'.... More

The Renaissance provides a nice reprieve from the hustle, bustle and tackiness of the strip. It's essentially an upscale business hotel: pool yes, casino no. The rooms are typical for the brand but the bathroom was glorious, with a separate tub and shower. Housekeeping stank (only one towel in the bathroom, request for a corkscrew NEVER delivered), but the front... More

I was in Vegas for a conference at the Convention Center. I decided to stay at the Renaissance because it was in walking distance to the Convention Center and it is a non-smoking hotel. I'm sure the walk in colder weather would be quite reasonable, but in the July heat it was almost unbearable. This is not necessarily the fault... More
