The suite was one of the best! Great bed and pillows, comfortable living and dining area. The kitchen is great, with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, full size range and fridge AND a washer/dryer. And clean - no complaints about the housekeeping staff - they were very nice. The view of the contruction site is actually fine with us, since we... More

I had high hopes for HIlton Grand Vacations when I went for CES 2012 last week. It was quite a disappointment on many levels. 1) Location: location is awful. It's on the "wrong" end of the Strip, a cab ride from everything. Seedy individuals and prostitutes were a regular sighting when I ventured out to the bus stop. 2) Rooms:... More

We do appreciate your feedback and do very much care about any issues you may experienced during your stay here at the Hilton Grand Vacations on the Las Vegas Strip. Our property is not in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip however, most of our Owners/Guest comment that our location is one of the top reasons why they enjoy... More

While the accomodations were very nice, clean, staff very friendly and helpful, much better, larger pool and pool area than the HGVC at the Flamingo. Do not take a Strip view room, as all you will see is all the abandoned construction projects.Take a mountain view room instead. Really not near anything except for a CVS Pharmacy. Food at pool... Fully equipted kitchen with granite - awesome comfortable beds and pillows. There was a jacuzzi in the room but did not use it. Really enjoyed this property for comfort. The front desk clerk was really great. She was quick, professional, & friendly More

This is a tired old hotel which is in a seedy part of town. If you want to enjoy the atmosphere and craziness of Las Vegas don't stay here. It's a cab ride to everywhere and there is not restaurant or coffee shop in the hotel. Only a terrible marketplace which sells the worst food imaginable. The rooms they claim... More

We appreciate your feedback regarding your experience with us and feel terrible that you did not enjoy our Resort. We do have a variety of suites available ranging from studio units to 1,2, and even 3 bedroom suites that are equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and whirlpool jetted tubs. I stayed at the Hilton Grand for a week while at a conference at the Hilton. No complaints from me. It was very clean, employees very friendly and efficient. Snack bar was nice to have but if you wanted a meal had to go over to the Hilton but a quick walk got you there in just a few minutes.... More

This is on the north Strip take the Deuce bus or cab to other strip hotels. The restaurant has good food and the beds are very comfortable. You can walk to Pawn Stars pawn shop to the north. The CVS next door has lots of discount coupons for shows and helicopter rides to the Grand Canyon. Don't buy tickets to... More

This hotel looks great when you enter but the rooms are very small and not updated. It's also far from the strip. Had to walk a lot. More

Just checked into the room for one night in the middle of the week. We got a king non-smoking for $71 per night. The room was worth far more than that. Nice view of the strip. Beautiful lobby area. Indifferent staff people out front. It didn't really matter at that price. The concierge was very helpful, but a little too... More

I really liked being close to the casinos and shows but did not want to be in the middle of the chaos in Vegas. This hotel did not have a casino. I really liked the kitchenette and the spa and the warm pool! Everything was within walking distance and the bus for Grand Canyon picked us up from the hotel.... More
