I needed a place to stay in Vegas while working new job and waiting on house to be built. Emerald Suites met my needs of a clean/quiet place to stay. I did have to get many of the appliances worked on (stove, TV, dishwasher), but all were fixed within a day of me complaining. The staff were very courteous, and... More

Although the appartment was clean, the smell of smoke and some sort of carpet cleaner was so penetrant and so awfull that I would not recommend this place. Also, the place is a mixture of people who live here and people who stay here just for vacation, which results in a lot of strange people. Price is ok for Vegas... More

I think your stay will be highly affected by which room you stay in. The first week I stayed in a room with a broken toilet and water dripping from the ceiling. Week 2 I asked to change rooms and then I a much more pleasant stay. The price is really cheap for what you get. Internet works well, comfortable... More

3/22/2014- The room was ROACH INFESTED and SMELLED of PESTICIDES and/or MOLD. We checked in at around 3:30PM and then went to the M resort to eat dinner. Then we came back to the room around 6:30 or so to be greeted by a host of COACHROACHES. We asked for our money back around 7:00PM. We should have checked out... More

There were roaches everywhere. Service on the room wasn't done for any day we were there. We had to go to the office for more toilette paper, but they did give us towels. They were entirely out of tissue boxes and their toilette paper wasthe poorest quality. Poor service overall. No clue how this place is 3.5 stars.

I will tell you this much... I have no beef with Emerald Suites, but this place is NOT the place for people who wants to enjoy a family vacation away from home. My wife and I travelled a lot both abroad and in the states, so I only speak in truth....however, this beat up joint takes the cake home for... More

The room was OK (stains on the rugs, cracked ceiling in bathroom, very uncomfortable pillows), but what really made this a poor experience was the absolute terrible internet connection. Their only wireless area is in the main office, and the dedicated line available in the room doesn't work. The front desk said they've been working on it for three weeks... More
