Problem 1) They charged me $100.00 for wireless Internet, and the Wi-Fi doesn't work! The cost is $50 per week/ per laptop and we have two laptops. The signal varied from slow to non-functional, which was incredibly annoying. Multiple calls to tech support was a waste of time. They promised me a refund but I never got it. Rip off.... more

It was really nice to stay at Westgate, but it costa fortune to take a txi in Vegas and therefore, we spent most of our money on taxis. Also, it is juts too far from all the action. next stay in Vegas will be on the strip! more

Rooms are nice but pool is very small. Tooo far to walk to the strip. They really tried to upgrade the units but forgot about the pool. more
