This place was disgusting and horrible. It's amazing how fast and how far this place has fallen. I arrived at 7:30 pm on a Friday night and was left to struggle with my bags despite the fact that I actually asked for help and saw three bellmen standing around watching me. After getting through the horrible, smoke filled lobby (ever... More

We arrived at 730pm on a Friday with multiple bags and needed help carrying them. No bellman were outside. We were forced to make two trips to carry our bags to reception on our own. While standing in line at reception, 3 bellman were standing at the bell desk doing nothing and not one of them offered to assist. We... More

Stayed April 9-11, 2012. We wanted to check out the same day we checked in...but since we booked through third party (Amex), front desk said they couldn't cancel my booking anymore. In fact, they've already charged my card! To add insult to injury, they won't waive the $20/day resort fee. HORRIBLE!!! This place is so smoky even in the elevator... More
