We stayed in the Fantasy tower which is right off the main casino floor. Room was clean. I requested another remote for the tv which never quite worked right. I thought the palms should be above average. From Thursday to Saturday the room was never cleaned. The bath tub and sink accumulated water. All and all very unsatisfactory. Let's just say would not stay at the palms ever again. More
