Stayed at Old Tower, perhaps the new tower looks grander & better.. anyway anyhow, the room at old tower is still comfy, spacious and clean.. Love the Pool :) If im not mistaken is one of the location for the movie.. forgot the title (Ashton Kutcher & Cameron Diaz) Travel : Location is not strategic ! Its not at the... More

First time at the Palms. As a mature adult I was somewhat worried but needn't have. We stayed for a week~ Thanksgiving Day thru Dec 2nd. Check in was good and courteous. My friend was in a wheelchair and they upgraded our rooms and got her in handicapped one near elevator. They never said anything about that just said we... More

Stayed here when the place was new, i.e. ten years ago. What a difference ten years makes! Booked a Travelzoo Special with food, drink and spa credits. Turns out the food credit is no good at any of their better restaurants, the drink credit is no good for their Ghostbar, and the spa credit is not accepted at the newer... More

Stayed at The Palms over the Christmas weekend. This hotel is very clean; the basic room that we stayed was in 23rd. floor and was very clean and very nice. I did not see any noticeable flaws in the room nor the bathroom. This hotel have excellent high-end night clubs and lounges including the Play Boy Club where the hotel... More

Okay-maybe i stayed in the old tower because all the pictures on here do not look like the place I stayed at. I'm reading these reviews and I see i should have asked to stay in the newer part of the hotel. Maybe they reserve the crap rooms for people that use the travel sites (like me). I reserved via... I guess I should have known that this was an "adults only" place. Don't let them fool you with the Kidsquest, movie theaterand tiny, tiny arcade and think you can bring your kids like me. Also, I thought the "regular" rooms were very underwhelming. Yes, they try and "sell" you an upgrade as soon as you check into your "regular" room,... More

I stayed at the Palms recently for 2 nights and I must say that I was completely satisfied with my stay. The room was impeccably clean and was very comfortable. The hotel for the time that I stayed there (midweek) was reasonably priced. The staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful. Although this is considered a 4 star hotel it... More

Spent three nights there last week Friday night at the GRAND Suite - price: 750 USD plus taxes- the room: no MINI-BAR. Reason given by hotel was that the room was an extension room to a main suite, unbelievable!!. Why on earth sell a suite room for 750 that does not have a mini-bar in the first place? Very few... The boyfriend and I decided to be spontaneous and romantic and go to Vegas last weekend. He got a suite which was a nice gesture and I was excited for my short trip. I got there early and checkin was easy, they had no problem giving me the room early which was nice. As I walked into the room I... More

This hotel is not located with all the other hotels. It's pretty far down and you have to take a cab to get to any other casino. However, it is well worth it. The crowd is young and the bars and clubs inside are great. The rooms are very trendy and clean. We stayed in one of the pent houses... More
