We four girls have stayed at a lot of hotels in Vegas. The rooms in this one are equal to if not superior to the others. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was large and beautiful. We enjoyed connecting rooms; maid service was prompt and very satisfactory. Prices too high at the little coffee/treat counter left of the... More

At check-in I was informed that they charge a $100 per day up-front deposit which is refunded once they "make sure you didn't damage the room". You will get a refund at check-out, minus resort fee and any charges you have made to the room, but the refund will take a week to get back to your account.

My husband and I visited the property during the week of July 17. We received a promotion in the mail- 2 free nights, $50 play money,$20 drink voucher, free VIP entry to clubs & fitness center. Pretty good deal! The hotel feels dated- it definitely needs some TLC! They upgraded our rooms to the Fantasy Tower- it was a nicer... More

I was dissapointed. Need I say more....no. That's it, even if its cheap, u know one of those discounts, go somewhere else. I've been to too many hotels, with a so called less quality rating, and they are better than this one. But anyway, I did love there Cadillac margaritas, the bartender did an excellent job...yummm

I write this reluctantly because the Palms actually gave us a very nice upgrade. Unfortunately, their service is so bad as to border on abuse. When we arrived they had no room for us, despite our having a reservation. To say we're sorry they upgraded us big-time to a huge penthouse. Which was really nice (amazing, in fact). But then... If you are into the club scene and have no intentions to leave the Palms.. the review would better. If you are there for the Casino atmosphere.. it is the smallest casino on the strip. They offer NO shuttle service. You can walk down the street to the Rio and use their shuttel, but I would reccomend staying there! It... More

The room was very nice but was a lengthy walk as it was a condo in the far tower. The buffet was golden corral style, maybe a little worse but the price was right. Finding a cocktail waitress on the floor was few and far between. They walk fast and don't pay attention to the people that are gambling and... More

Stayed Thursday through Sunday. Check-in was fine, traveled with a friend and they had us in a one king room instead of a two-queen room as requested, but there was no problem changing us. We were in a superior room in the fantasy tower, and it was very nice. It's definitely a smaller hotel, so the advantages of that are... More

We loved this hotel but it was about a 10-15min walk to the strip which was a bit of a pain. The hotel itself though is fantastic, always clean, amazing bathrooms & great service. We are planning our next trip to America at the moment and are planning to stay on the strip for sure.

Didnt like that it was off the strip. Had to leave $100 per day deposit plus charge for $15 resort fee. Pool area was nice. Room very average seen nicer. Just glad I paid so little!
