I stayed at the Palms back in June 2011 and never wrote a review so I am catching up now. All good though! I will keep this strictly oriented on the Palms with as much information as I can remember. First part is hotel specifics, then second bit will be entertainment/food. Additionally, I would like to add that I booked... More

I stayed here in October 2011 for 3 nights, its definitely the perfect place for party people! Exactly what we wanted, so I think all the people who have moaned about it should have researched it better first! The room was massive and quite nicely decorated, very spacious and bright, everything you could need really. The whole hotel was spotlessly... More

First time trip to Vegas, and we stayed in the Fantasy Tower, which I was impressed with. We were on the 18th floor, and had a decent view of the strip, even if it was partially obstructed by one of the other towers. I requested a nonsmoking floor and didn't realize until the 2nd day that it was actually a... More

Dear New Jersey Guest, Thank you for staying at the Palms Casino Resort during your recent visit to Las Vegas. We are thrilled that you enjoyed your Fantasy Tower accommodations and your overall stay. However, we take guest commentary very seriously. Your concerns with housekeeping are certainly valid and will be taken into consideration. Also, we are restructuring our resort... More

Spent one night at the Palms Casino Hotel on business. The property itself is clean and appears to be well maintained. Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean, and I had a terrific view of the Rio Hotel. Cabs easy to come by. Good breakfast at cafe, and every single staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. With all... More

We really enjoyed the accommodations at the Palms, but the front desk people are incompetent. While i was sleeping with my family of two young boys and wife someone walked straight into our room startling everyone half to death. I scrambled to the front where a woman was looking into the room and said that this was the room they... More

Dear San Diego Guest, We sincerely apologize for the apparent miscommunication that resulted in such an inconvenience for your family. While, we are pleased that you enjoyed the accommodations, it is clear that this unfortunate happening overshadowed your contentment. We agree that this is completely unacceptable, and we would love the opportunity to discuss your experience further. Please feel free... More

This is the place for young people to party. There is a buzz on the casino floor when you walk In which is continued in the moon nightclub. Nice pool with plenty of loungers and bars to enjoy the sunshine More

We had an excellent trip to the Palms for New Years. The room was clean, but the hotel has lost that "new" feeling after about ten years. We had a table an Nove for New Years Eve, and a table at Moon afterward. It took a half an hour for them to walk us up, which was annoying. Also the... More

We (sisters and I) stayed at the Palms in July 2011. The hotel initially gave us an old room that was dated, had dirty carpets, hair on the comforter. Oh, and the blow dryer almost caught on fire when my sister turned it on. Once this happened, we went to downstairs to alert the front desk of the many things... More

Dear New York City Guest, Thank you for staying at the Palms Casino Resort during your summer visit to Las Vegas. While we are pleased that our clubs and bars lived up to your expectations, we are saddened to see that our accommodations seemingly did not. The malfunction of our main pool is certainly not common, and we apologize for... More

I've stayed at this hotel 2 times. It is off the strip. Has a great steak house, Nine, which I ALWAYS go to when in vegas. The hotel has a decent casino but is off the strip. It's a younger crowd. The bars are nice but not amazing. I personally enjoyed rain. If you stay there, it is much easier... More

Dear Jackson Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience at the Palms Casino Resort. We agree that N9NE steakhouse is distinguishable from the plethora of fine dining options across the valley, and we are so pleased to learn of your continued support and recommendation of our steakhouse. Thank you again for your honest feedback, and we hope to welcome you... More

Check-in was fairly quick, and self-parking was located near check-in which is very convenient. Traveling right after Christmas seemed less chaotic at this hotel, which was nice. The hotel front desk notified me of upgrade availability. Unfortunately, the pool and spa is closed for the season (getting into a hot tub would have been key.) The Palms is so located... More
