Pleasantly surprised at this property. Had come on a TravelZoo promotion and had a room in the Ivory Tower. Room was large, comfortable bed/pillows, shower only bathroom (no tub). Nice decor. Rooms were cleaned in a reasonable amount of time. Although off strip, found that the restaurants on site, theaters, and fast food eateries made the Palms an oasis unto... More

Absolute worst stay ever. Stayed one night had a little trouble at check in with the deposit and the differences in the deposit amount. If you pay debit or credit it's $50 a night with cash $100 and for a suite $200. Ok so the first Night was fine we checked in late and slept I am a local so... More

We recently had a great experience at the Palms. We travel to Vegas several times each year and have stayed in many of the 4 and 5 star properties; this was our 4th stay at the Palms and I’m sure it won’t be our last. If you are a first time visitor to Vegas you may prefer to stay right... More

We went to Las Vegas for a class and decided to stay at the Palms hotel because the rooms in the Ivory tower were recently renovated and they were doing a summer promotion. We have stayed in Caesars and the Venitian before. We really liked the location of the Palms and loved the rooms. We had a suite on the... More

Value was fantastic. We were searching for weeks for a casino hotel to celebrate a couple of birthdays. The room rates on the strip this particular weekend was insane. The Palms was perfect for our party and we would book it again in the future regardless of extremely low room rates. We stayed here, ate here, and played here. We... More

Palms is good value for money, excellent rooms, great service and facilities. The only drawback is the location, it's not really in walking distance to the strip. I had some issues with the cleaning crew on one of the days, they politely asked me to step out so they could clean the room, so I did for 1h, came back... More

The room was very well appointed, equipped with all needed, stocked nicely, and extremely clean, bright, and inviting. All employees are courteous and informative. I enjoy dining at N9NE Steakhouse. I am a fan since it's opening. The food is amazing and the service is on point. From the time you arrive your greeting is warm and welcoming. The wait... More

Service was top notch as usual, room was impeccable and we're very happy to see the constant improvements! Food court is still a great stop but the Cafe is excellent too. One thing a little crazy, the Casino was busier when we checked in (5:00p.m.) than in the evening!

We had the best room ever!! Room service staff was very courteous. Unfortunately had to change rooms because the hotel was sold out the first night, but the front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. Only negative feedback for the hotel stay experience was that the first room smelled like cigarettes, the Ghost Bar was too loud and dark... More

Was able to stay at the hotel for a very reasonable price. Although it is located off of the strip it is still a great place to stay with the cabs being available at night and the free shuttle during the day. The staff was kind and the rooms were well sized and clean. The hotel was not loud and... More
