Pros: Secure free parking garage. Walking distance to Ceasar's. Various price ranges for meals from expensive to affordable. Very response Manager (Josh) and security when there are disruptive guests. Cons: This property (specifically hallways) really does smell like sewer gas. Rooms could be cleaner. Nothing fancy, this hotel has seen better days and is more like a has been. Vegas... More

We chose to stay at the palms for it's location (not on the strip, but not too far) and the reviews on tripadvisor. When we arrive,we have been well welcome by the front desk lady. I requested a quiet king room and we've had a quiet king room on the 30th floor of the fantasy tower. Clean room, enough big and tidy.... More

I've been going to The Palms a few times a year, on average, for 8 years or so. I always had a great time. There was always something to do (besides gamble) so I didn't mind renting a car, and staying off the strip. The past 4 or 5 times, there has been nothing much to do. The guards at... More

We took advantage of a Travelzoo.com special advertising a room for $39.00. A pretty good deal considering we only needed a room for a few hours as we traveled to Utah for a wedding. The fine print indicated that there was also a $25.00 "resort fee", and I was good with that even though we wouldn't need their wi-fi, access... More

My wife and another couple traveled from the Strip to the Palms to spend the evening in the Palms Casino, and finish off the night in the Ghostbar on the roof of the Palms. Instead of enjoying our evening, we tolerated terribly rude Palms employees, especially at the Ghostbar. Its employees are unprofessional wanna-be tough guys at a third rate... More

Every year we have a conference at The Palms. This year was just plain awful! The Palms has done away with traditional room service in favor of food brought to the room in a paper bag and served in a cardboard box with plastic utensils. The rooms are okay, but the hallway had a sewage smell several days. The concierge... More

This is my first time staying at The Palms. The rooms are updated and clean. The bed and the pillows are very comfortable. It is a very nice hotel and the casino has a lot to offer it has a movie theater and a food court.

I'd never stayed at the Palms before and was booked on the 35th floor of the Fantasy tower. The view of the strip was fantastic; I had Mandalay Bay, Luxor, etc, all visible from my windows. The room itself was quite nice and the bathroom with its spa tub was fantastic. That touch was unexpected. The king bed was comfortable... More

My first stay at The Palms. Have stayed at the Palms Place in the past. After much research I choose to stay in an Ivory Suite in The Palms Hotel this time as it looked pretty amazing on line. I was expecting a beautifully decorated, updated/remodeled room that was 1,000 sq feet with two bathrooms. What we were assigned to... More

I had not stayed at the Palms in a long time, but they had cheap rates for the weekend we were going to Vegas. I CAN say good things about the room – we had a Superior Queen in the Ivory Tower that had been remodeled within the past five years. View of the mountains and the North Strip. The... More
