So, this is a nice place. Love the pool facilities and general feel of the place. The room was comfortable, though the bed listed heavily to one side. I'm one of those people that resents hidden charges, so when they told me there was a resort fee of $20 that had not been disclosed at booking, it rubbed me wrong.... More

Have to admit, the combination of a really low rate and some negative reviews here (after I booked on Hotwire) had me a little nervous about staying at Palms - particularly because I was traveling there with my family for a special occasion. Frankly, we didn't have a single problem during the whole trip. We arrived to an extremely pleasant... More

My husband and I stayed in the Fantasy Tower with a Groupon voucher. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was exceptional. Good customer service. We got in free to all the bars and pool parties. We attended the Ditch Friday party, which was an experience within itself. We had 2 for 1 drink coupons and the bartenders served... More

I stayed at this hotel for a bachelorette weekend in May 2012. We stayed in a suite overlooking the pool. First, the room looked like it hadn't been updated in 20 years. When was the last time you saw a tube tv in a hotel room? The other furnishings weren't much better. The couch and chair were old. It was... More

After reading all the negative reviews of this hotel, I have to admit I was a little scared when checking in! The worst part was that I had gotten it through Priceline, so I was totally stuck with it, even after reading the Trip Advisor reviews saying various negative things. Anyway, I checked in, was told about the $20 resort... More

Don't get me wrong I love the palms when I'm on vacation, but this time I stayed for business. The room was lovely. I asked for a quiet room since I was a business traveler and they gave me a nice corner suite. The room was spacious and comfortable. My 2 complaints. The super old bubble TV...it must have been... I went to Vegas on a girl's trip. We stayed in the fantasy tower and our room was very nice. The food at the buffet and Guardino's was very good. Didn't go to any of the clubs, but did go to the spa and loved the services there. The drinks were good at all the bars, especially Simon's. We took... More

I spent four nights midweek at the Palms and had an absolutely fabulous time. My suite in the Palms Tower was spacious, supercomfortable, and had a spectacular view of the whole city (Note to smokers: The slightly more modern Fantasy Tower is entirely smoke-free, except for the nightlife options). The room did lack flat-screen TVs and an iPod dock but... More

My fiance and I went there for a UFC fight and we weren't sure what to expect. We are definitely hotel picky. The neat thing is a lot of the fighters stayt at this hotel and we were able to hang-out and socialize with many of them (the majority of the UFC guys were super friendly). Our room wasn't available... More

I don't have any major complaints about the hotel itself. I stayed there twice (not by my choice though). Once for work and once for a bachelor party. The only issue is that it's a cab ride from the strip. Part of the fun of going to Las Vegas is being able to stumble from casino to casino. The hotel... More
