Wanted off-Strip. They have a regular shuttle that runs to Caesars...though not late enough (stops at 8pm for some reason??!?!?!) Understanding that every hotel now is crushed for competition, I was very impressed by what we got. Hosted 80 for business conference over three days Thurs-Sun. Business center was exactly what we needed for 15-person CEO forum as well as... More

nice off strip hotel clean with lots of parking, rooms are modern and the price was reasonable. The food choices were good great cafe , buffet and food court that won't break your budget and a selection of higher end eateries. Casino was ok with a good selection of games .I will stay here again on my next trip to vegas.

Since management has changed , this resort has declined drastically. I was expecting more from this resort. The front entrance could use a little sprucing up. There were weeds in the flower bed and the rocks could have been replaced. Also, the sign is faded. These are little things that shouldn't cost that much. I booked a room located in... More

Very friendly staff. The best part is you don't have to deal with all the traffic on the strip. & Palms is only approximately 4 mins away. Considering that spring break weekend. I'd got a reasonable value.Good thing I am an club member! All the amenities & buffets are great! I highly recommend 24/7 cafe!

My husband and I stayed at the palms with a group of friends for 4 nights. It was our first time in Vegas and the accommodation was chosen by a more experienced Vegas visitor. We were very happy with everything provided. We had a warm welcome, we received a free bottle of champagne as a gift for our recent marriage... More

I booked a standard room during our stay in Vegas during our anniversary as wanted to get a night away from the strip. I emailed the hotel to let them know we were coming to clebrate our 1st wedding anniversary, which they noted on my booking and said they would let me know if any upgrades were available. Upon check... More

The value for this hotel is good. Was three blocks off the strip, but is a little cheaper in price than some of the other hotels found right on the strip. Everybody was extremely nice and helpful. Room was clean. The pool was nice, bar service speedy, and they had music and a party during the day which was good... More

This was my first stay in Vegas and we had chosen the Palms as it had a great deal on and with its recent refurbishment and reviews, decided we try it. Although not on the main strip, still easily accessible, as they run shuttles to and from the Ceasar Palace and the boulevard. Check-in was ok but timely. We were... More

Stayed with a group of mates for a big birthday trip. The welcome was good and check in fast. My room was everything I needed, big, good view, non-smoking and good smelling. The whole resort was great. Lots of food outlets, good casino, well ventilated, great pool and friendly staff. There is even a cinema on site. Plenty of cabs... More

Excellent value. had a little hiccup on check-in but the staff was helpful. upgraded to the Erotic Suite for the 1st nite...too bad it wasn't for the entire time we were there. We were there for a NAB and one thing i like is the 'remoteness-off the strip' that the Palms offers. Good music and great service at the pool.
