Hotel needs to be remodeled. The rooms were dirty and the carpets were awful. I think the rooms were decorated in the 1960's and have not been modified since the hotel was built. The front desk staff were wonderful

Casino floor is nice as it has been updated . Stay away from the Hotel Rooms until it has been updated. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The location of the casino is good as it is in the center of the strip.

You should know what you are getting when booking the Quad or whatever the name is this week. This place is all about LOCATION. Check in was slow since the had only 3 people checking people in at 4pm which is check in time. Elevators are hit or miss meaning sometimes you get it right away other times you may... More

The Quad's location on the strip is excellent! It is next to the Monorail, Flamingo, great restaurants and new attractions. The hotel is obviously under construction and the biggest problem of this is being the elevators. The average wait time for getting an open elevator varied from 15-30 minutes! Besides this issue the stay was priced accordingly and I probably... More

We stayed in a very average room at the Quad. Usually stay at Flamingo but wanted to try something different. It was July with 110+ temps and we were told that the pool was closed and we needed to go to the Flamingo and use there pool. Had tickets to Shania Twain and she cancelled due to flu like symptoms.... More

The "renovations" are at a STAND STILL.... smells like death and you get the 'resort' fee for the odor !! The pool was closed / the elevator was a minimum of a 30 min wait - from the bank of elevators only ONE was functioning - when I approached the front desk for some kind of 'refund' (booked 2 rooms... I realize a lot of people have stayed at this establishment and find it unacceptable, but I recently went back to Vegas after a two-year absence and stayed at the Quad, formerly Imperial Palace, again. My dates were from July 14th through the 23rd. They offered me the best deal for my hotel stay which was 5days for free and... More

We stayed at the Quad 7/24&25/2014. The location was great. Very close everything. It's a no frills hotel so you get what you pay for. The remodeling was done as far as we could tell. The new shops and High Roller ride were fun. Room was clean and neat. Easy wifi access. Ate at the Hash House a Go Go.... More

First, we travel around the globe regularly on business so we have plenty of venues to compare to. Our rooms were booked in advance. We have 40 officials from all around the world staying here for a conference. Upon arrival, there was a river flowing in front of the main entrance due to some unknown reason. Looked like a water...
