Rooms were very outdated and smelled bad. There was no attention to detail in the room or when you got out of the elevator. My telephone still had the Imperial Palace logo on it. Overall I was disappointed with the stay at the Quad.

The hotel rooms are disgusting. I checked in and left. I can't believe people stay here. There i are stains everywhere and it feels scary. The casino is fine but they should close the hotel until it's finished.

I have stayed at this resort many years ago and it was fine. This stay was terrible. They are in midst of a Reno but the rooms they put us in were very filthy and dirty. The carpets were all stained and dirty looking. Even thehallway carpets were filthy! We asked to change rooms and had problems with that because... More

I have never actually stayed their but I have been playing black jack at this casino for sometime now. I have met several of the dealers and thru the years and nothing but good things to say abt each and everyone of them. Don't get me wrong everybody has a different personality likes and dislikes. Not everyone gets along with... More

In comparison to the old Imperial Palace, The Quad is definitely an upgrade. The Deluxe room who had was very good and comfortable. The people at the desk were very informative. The casino layout was great. My wife and I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who would like to save money on their room and stay on the Strip.

My wife and I were in Vegas for 5 nights and stopped by the Quad a few times to play. There is still a lot of construction going on. I am not sure what or when they will be done. The whole place just does not make sense. It seems like the money is running out to finish the work.... More

Love the location but always seem to have an issue. We go to las vagas every 6 months on business and always stay at this hotel. It would be the perfect place if they would get a few things figured out and if they would get rid of that god aweful airfreashner that smells like really cheap men's cologne. It... More

This was the first time taking my kids to Las Vegas. We stay @The Quad Hotel & Resort, it's right in the middle of the strip. Our room was pretty standard, good size bathroom, flat screen TV. The hotel is in the process of remodeling, so there's a bit of extra noise. We enjoy a great show call "Recycle Percussion"... More

I'm currently staying at the Quad. My new wife and I were planning a honeymoon on a budget and saw the "newly renovated" The Quad on the strip for a great price and booked 3 nights. The first thing I noticed was the construction throughout the hotel, which I didn't mind at all. The casino is very nice and the... More

The place smelled like puke but we had a blast in the casino. Bed was comfortable and the Jet Tub was a plus. Definitely stay in the palace tower if available. The only reason we stayed here was the free room and total rewards to be honest.
