Don't underestimate how bad this place is. We only stayed 2 nights as part of our Route 66 package and 2 nights spent at this dump is 2 nights too many. I didn't take my shoes off in the room as I didn't know what all the stains were on the filthy carpet, hairs all over the bathroom, stains all... More

Tower 5 is completely deplorable. The hallways stink, the carpets are stained, old and disgusting and the actual rooms are not fit for humans! My recent stay with my daughter (her first trip to Vegas) was what prompted me to try the what I thought renovated Quad as the location is one of the best on the strip. When we... More

How do you begin to describe one of the worst hotel stays of all time? I shall try: One working elevator for 3 towers of guest rooms on Easter Weekend (leading to 20 minute waits just to get to your room). The staff dismissive of the elevator fiasco, sticking to their guns that a $20 daily resort fee is justified... More

Went week of April 13-18 and had a blast...Room was meh but how long did we stay in there....38 seconds??? Total Rewards program rocks....Very courteous friendly staff waitresses and "drink order takers" (I hope that's they way they go by) Everyone there did a superb job and can't wait to go back....Thank you Quad!!!

I can not express enough that you should stay away from this place. Besides not looking like the rooms do on the net, you could go to the least expensive hotel chain and get a cleaning room! You could not tell where one stain stopped and another one started on the carpets. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the... More

This is an old hotel that is under renovations but the staff works hard to make sure your stay is pleasant. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We did have an issue with the Wi-Fi but the situation was resolved to our satisfaction. We're looking forward to our next stay and to seeing the progress of the renovations.

Ill keep this short and sweet. I have been doing Vegas for over 30 years. Stayed in every hotel on the strip. I got in a pinch on my comps during a 5 night stay at Caesars and had to book one night at the Quad. Actually was a bit excited because it was in the middle of the Lin... More

The remodeling is very nice. I hope the "dealtainers" start performing again. It was very convenient having easy access to the Lynx. It is a beautiful plaza. We also enjoyed O'Sheas. Glad it is located on the property.

The name is changed but the renovations are barely beginning. The room was trashed. Phone did not work. Most guests were young power drinkers. Elevators were extremely slow. Food at hotel is very good.
