The location of this hotel in the heart of the strip could not be better. Staff was excellent, too. Very professional, and quite helpful--from the valet to the desk clerk and anyone we met. The hotel is undergoing renovation, so I can't be too critical. And, we had a discount room. But, the room was a bit stale, and we... More

Since they haven't remodeled the guest rooms like the exterior and part of the casino floor, don't stay here! The room made my worst top 3 hotels stays in my life. Don't go by the photos on their website, they are dated too. Come for the restaurants (Hash House, Guy Fieri's) and the show-Jeff Civillico (didn't see the others) which... More

I've stayed at the Imperial Palace/Quad every year for the last 15 years or so. Despite being offered stays at Caesar's and Harrah's, I always come back to the IP/Quad because of the friendliness of the staff and the fact that I prefer a smaller hotel. Yes, the rooms are dated/old, the room carpets are stained, and the showers back... More

The Quad casino is new and fancy. The hotel portion of it is not. It is the old "Imperial Palace". The elevator does not have a/c. The hallway has the old carpet - dirty and tearing. The bedroom has the old carpet - dirty and tearing. The pillows are old and lumpy. The bathtub drains very slow. And there is... More

The casino and customer service is much improved but the overall look and feel of the rooms is not very clean due to their age. The hall ways really filthy are filthy and smell bad. The bed on the other hand was clean and comfortable. I probably will not return until their current upgrades are complete.

Despite the reviews my husband booked a room here. When we arrived the first impression was the elevators from the parking structure to the hotel was absolutely dirty, seeing as they are renovating we dismissed it, we arrived and it was when we entered the room in Tower 3 that we were surprised and not for the good. The bed... More

Good value, but lots of upgrading means lots of things closed, including the pool, without disclosure. If they would've told us upon check-in, we probably wouldn't have been so pissed off. We looked everywhere for the pool, but found it was sectioned off.

Hotel needs to be remodeled. The rooms were dirty and the carpets were awful. I think the rooms were decorated in the 1960's and have not been modified since the hotel was built. The front desk staff were wonderful

Casino floor is nice as it has been updated . Stay away from the Hotel Rooms until it has been updated. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The location of the casino is good as it is in the center of the strip.

You should know what you are getting when booking the Quad or whatever the name is this week. This place is all about LOCATION. Check in was slow since the had only 3 people checking people in at 4pm which is check in time. Elevators are hit or miss meaning sometimes you get it right away other times you may... More
