We accidently left our passports and extra money in the safe whilst staying at the cosmo. I cannot believe the extra and above, the staff went to, to make sure this was sent to us. We are from Australia, and we were in another state when it was realised this happened, they were excellent!! Everything sent to us within 2... More

Booked a 2 night stay- studio with balcony overlooking the fountains. Got upgraded (free) to a 1 bedroom terrace but ..... for first time we got put in the west tower. Room was great, but our room was very close to 4/5 large air conditioning fans that made it sound like we were staying right next door to McCarron. Had... More

My boyfriend and I had an excellent experience staying at the Cosmopolitan. We stayed over a weekend and checked in Friday. There is a fee of $56 to check-in early if you are interested in that. We decided to just check in at 3pm and at 3pm the lines were pretty long. We waited maybe 15 minutes, not the worst... More

After an amazing time at Christmas, I again was invited for two free nights at this hotel. This time, I was put in a City room. The City room is a BIG step down from any of their Terrace rooms. A BIG step down. While I had a view of the Bellagio fountains, without a balcony, you hear no sound,... More

I stayed at the Cosmopolitan for three nights in July 2014 starting on a Sunday. My flight arrived in the early morning so after taking a taxi, I attempted to check in before 10am. The man at check-in was named Ichabod and as I had arrived early, he assured me I would be assigned a good room. I asked for... More

Stayed here for a conference last year. The hotel was busy as it stands on the edge of City Center. But I like the hustle bustle. Our room, excellent, the couch and living room very comfortable. Lighting was perfect. Our bedroom, we loved the balcony and view down the Boulevard. Our bathroom, great setup and my wive loved the tub.... More

And I have to say they have great customer service. Whenever I have a request they do everything in their power to accommodate. Here's an example: I was at the loyalty desk (Identity) and received was trying to go to one of the shows that I received with my stay, the box office sent me to them and they said... More

Last December I booked my sixteen night stay in Las Vegas at my local travel agent. Four nights were planned at the Cosmopolitan and I booked a One Bedroom Suite with Fountain View. My stay wasn't until June and I spend ages reading about the hotel, watching videos and my expectation were high. I only heard good things and couldn't... More

Chic hotel. everywhere. Gotta see the chandelier in the lobby bar! Rooms are cool, swanky, and BIG hotel room--almost too big for one person. BUT the BEST is the Balconies that overlook the Bellagio fountain. Worth every penny for that view! Staff was accommodative, but I feel that the overwhelming number of guests led to a dismissive attitude from some... More

After a day of flights suffering with food poisoning we walk in to a very beautiful and modern hotel. A employee named "Sarah" checked us in. She was very polite and to top it off she arranged for us to be upgraded to a wrap around terrace suite in the east side tower over looking the pools and the strip... More
