A get away from a busy busy city. A high class hotel. They think about every detail. The room was very comfortable and the service was very good. Very close to the city center. The room gives best value for money. Dinning is a little expensive for Vegas standards.

From the second we got there we had amazing service. The bellboys took our luggage from the taxi and we didn't see it until we got to the room. The reception staff were expecting us and had tea & warm flannels waiting- which after travelling from the uk was well needed! We were upgraded to the strip view suite which... More

I love love love the mandarin oriental in Las Vegas. I've stayed here every year since it opened and it remains my favorite place to stay in Las Vegas. I can't stand the huge casinos and I'm not much of a gambler but I love the shopping and restaurants that Vegas offers. With the opening of city center, the place... More

The definition of a luxury hotel is that the staff knows what the guest wants before she does. It's those little touches that distinguish top-of-the line hotels. Certainly, this hotel takes this dictum seriously. The staff is courteous and friendly. The hotel is set back from the Strip, sheltering guests from the constant traffic flow and providing an air of... More

Fantastic calm oasis in the middle of the madness of the Vegas strip with great rooms and stunning bathrooms. Service was (mostly) fantastic. Unfortunately, a few small things let the hotel down: The in-room "tech" is operated by a touch-screen which was temperamental and didn't always register your touch on 1st (or 2nd or 3rd!) attempt. The phones in our... More

We stayed at the Mandarin Oriental and it was just outstanding. From the minute we arrived by taxi at the hotel we were greeted by the doorman who then immediately contacted reception on the middle floor who again greeted us before we even reached the desk. The hotel room was fabulous with a view of the strip. As it was... More

Welcome back to paradise was our welcome when we stepped out of our car as we arrived at the MO and yes it was. All staff knew we were returning guests. I arranged for the hotel to pick us up from the airport in their car and we were meeted and greeted by the driver at arrivals and taken seemlessly... More

Stayed here for a few nights last week and I can say visually one of the nicest hotels on the strip, it punches with the Aria and Cosmo, no doubt at all. The rooms are amazing, so detailed and clean, soft beds (tiny, but soft) with a beautiful layout. The staff are sharp and professional with every issue you could... More

I loved this hotel, it has a prim location on the strip, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. the Mozen Bistro on the 3rd floor is really good. the pool and spa facilities are gorgeous. However my favorite part about the hotel is the there is no casino meaning that you dont have a million tourists tramping through the... More

Checking in at the 23rd floor aerie and then meandering through the sumptuous common spaces to your ultra-luxe room, you get the feeling that if the MO isn't heaven to the strip's Sin City hell, then it is at least a fine purgatory. I just stopped in for a night this weekend, having spent the previous few nights at the... More
