The hotel is an excellent option for those who want to have an oasis of peace in Vegas- while still close To the action. Accommodations are modern and luxurious , service impeccable and food good. Wouldn't hesitate to come back. And every major casino and attraction is within walking distance.

This was my first stay at a Mandarin property, will definitely return ! The staff are exceptional, friendly and genuine in their level of service, no phony sincerity. I was pleasantly impressed at he entire property, from furnishings to the level of service. The property was very clean, and the aesthetics were phenomenal. It was great that this property was... Took wife and kids and had an absolute great time. No cigarette smoke, no wild parties, no crazy casino. Everyone remembers long lines, crazy crowds, insane parking, rude guests, well that doesnt exist at the Mandarin Oriental...Staff was the best, and they leave you the best chocolate chip cookies ever. This hotel is for the person who doesnt mind spending a... More

This was the first stop on our honeymoon and the best hotel we stayed at! The room was amazing, with fantastic views, an enormous bed and a plush bathroom. Yes it is pricey, but definitely worth the money. The staff could not do enough for you and we're very friendly, particularly Haley who worked on the concierge. She recommended some... More

I must start by saying this hotel would have, without doubt, had a '5' rating had it not been for the fact that when we arrived at 4.30pm, our room was not ready; in fact it wasn't ready til 5.40pm. Yes, they gave us a free drink and then offered us $50 to spend in the hotel, which was great,... More

Although the hotel is in the middle of The Strip, you don't have Vegas on your back from the moment you leave your room until you return...but it's always a short walk or cab ride away. The service, accommodations, and amenities were all superior. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful in a non-intrusive manner. Food, both in the MOzen... More

A get away from a busy busy city. A high class hotel. They think about every detail. The room was very comfortable and the service was very good. Very close to the city center. The room gives best value for money. Dinning is a little expensive for Vegas standards.

From the second we got there we had amazing service. The bellboys took our luggage from the taxi and we didn't see it until we got to the room. The reception staff were expecting us and had tea & warm flannels waiting- which after travelling from the uk was well needed! We were upgraded to the strip view suite which... More

I love love love the mandarin oriental in Las Vegas. I've stayed here every year since it opened and it remains my favorite place to stay in Las Vegas. I can't stand the huge casinos and I'm not much of a gambler but I love the shopping and restaurants that Vegas offers. With the opening of city center, the place... More

The definition of a luxury hotel is that the staff knows what the guest wants before she does. It's those little touches that distinguish top-of-the line hotels. Certainly, this hotel takes this dictum seriously. The staff is courteous and friendly. The hotel is set back from the Strip, sheltering guests from the constant traffic flow and providing an air of... More
