I love to stay at this hotel when big conventions are on the strip. It is a nice sanctuary to come back to after a day working on or near the strip with all the people and traffic. JW has the most beautiful grounds and pool to just sit and unwind. The staff is always so friendly. Don't like the... More

Just back from a five night stay at the JW Marriott in Summerlin, a Las Vegas suburb.having been to Vegas on five previous business trips this was a mistake welcome change. Although there is a centrally located casino, there is that lack of flash and loud music. This resort is ideal for a Vegas golf trip, with four or five... More

I stayed here for three nights with my family (wife, 4 yo daughter, 1 yo son). We stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom suite that goes for $650 / night (used 90,000 points to get it down to $200 / night - still a lot of money!). The ground are beautiful, and first impressions are really positive. However, lack of... More

Our stay at the JW Marriott Las Vegas has been without complaint. From check in to room service. The staff are attentive; including the valets upon arrival. We found our suites to be above and beyond the industry standard which keeps the JW Marriott a cut above the rest. The resorts grounds are lush and we'll cared for...truly making this... More

We arrived on my birthday and were treated to exactly the room we requested. We asked for an upper floor with a view of the waterfall and a balcony. We were so pleased with everything about the room. The bed was great! We left for dinner and came back to a tray of chocolate strawberries and sweets with a happy... More

This was a nice hotel, very secluded, great waterfalls and trees throughout the property. Had a massage which was ok...I've had better and of course, you pay resort prices for spa services. Overall a nice place. It is however a large property. Takes a while to get to the other end of the resort from the Palms Tower.

Beautiful hotel, great amenities, great rooms. Best sauna/spa/shower facilities I've experienced. Right next door to casino. This is a resort so there is a resort fee added on to the charges. This hotel is approximately 10 miles, more or less, from Freemont Street. But there are many casinos near by. And golf course.

We are Marriott loyal and generally have great accommodations but the rooms at this site are above all expectations. They are large and comfortable; almost luxurious. The balconies and patios have vistas that are memorable. We have to mention Todd at the bell desk. He was wonderful as he helped us change rooms from one of the newly renovated to... More

Didn't get to stay in the hotel it's self but I hear the hotel is great and wonderful other than the staff. I stayed at Howard Johnson on the strip.I went to go see two Herman's Hermits Starring Peter Noone Concerts there at the casino on 11/29/2014. The Concerts were wonderful. Needless to say I loved the concerts. I definitely... More

This is, without a doubt, the nicest place we've ever stayed! The grounds are perfect, the rooms were huge, location was great, and the staff, oh the staff was exceptional. First impression was Sarah at front desk, who treated me like a long lost relative. She went WAY above AND beyond to make us happy! Joseph was the first person... More
