Overall, this property is okay. Rooms could benefit from some updates. There's a musty smell in the room and hallways that they attempt to mask by using heavy floral smelling air freshener (at least that's what it smells like). The shower head's water pressure leads to water getting everywhere. Beds are comfortable and the staff are nice. The cafe and... More

We will never stay at a Vegas strip hotel again. Suncoast is approx 12 miles west of the strip in a picturesque, quiet area near freeways for easy access to strip if you like. Tons of great restaurants nearby that are MUCH MORE REASONABLY PRICED than on strip. We had great golf course view from our 9th floor king room... More

Smokey casino, but the South Coast offerings are as ever fun for families traveling with tweens and teens. Bowling alley - with rock and bowl - is always a fun treat. The movie theater is easily accessible and we enjoyed the buffet. All in all, good place to stay a few nights.

I had a wonderful stay at the Suncoast. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. Check in is at 3pm but we were able to check in early. The only drawback is the resort fee. You have to pay whether you use the pool, exercise room or WiFi.

Stayed at Suncoast for a guys golf trip. First time staying off strip in 10 times to Vegas. Conveniently located near the golf courses. Played TPC Las Vegas, Angel Park Mountain and Red Rock Arroyo. The rooms were very spacious and remodeled. Everyone was very nice. The sports book and the breakfast buffet were awesome. Went to the strip one... More

Ok, so first, the rant: Being hit with a "mandatory resort charge" *after* booking is really infuriating. Especially since the only competition I was looking at for this hotel were a La Quinta and an Econolodge, which clearly couldn't compete. Especially when a) the only thing used from the list of amenities was the wi-fi, and $15/day for wi-fi is... More

We prefer to stay away from the strip when visiting Las Vegas only because my son lives near Summerlin and I like being closer to his home. But, I like staying in the atmosphere of a casino when visiting. The rooms at the Suncoast are very large and very clean. The bathroom is two rooms separated by a door with... More

Stayed here for memorial day, one night only. From a traveler's perspective, don't waste your time, this is too far from the strip. From an LA Perspective, staying in a retirement community within Santa Barbara with access to shops and two golf courses, Marriott and Angel Park, would best describe this hotel. Carwise: Old antique classic car, you drive in... More

The Strip is the Strip but.................. At least think about staying at one of the casinos “Off the Strip”. The gambling rules are much much much better, the restaurants are just as good and much cheaper, the wine is affordable, the rooms are far far superior, they all have transportation to and from everywhere, they are always offering “deals”, they... Since we visit family in Vegas several times a year and have spent our time on "the Strip", we now don't feel the necessity to stay on the strip. We book ourselves into the Suncoast Hotel and Casino closer to Summerland. We like this hotel because it has a truly LARGE non smoking gambling section as well as entertainment and... More
