This is a clean and upscale hotel off the strip in Summerlin. Upscale in decor and amenities but not in price. The hotel offers a full size kitchen and a large bathroom with overhead shower. The kitchen and bathroom are new and clean. The breakfast buffet is incredible, fresh, and healthy - smoothies, 100% juices, eggs, pancakes, eggwhite/tomato/cheese sandwiches, healthy... More

If you're in Vegas for other reasons than gambling then check this boutique hotel out. Great healthy breakfasts, great service & competitive rates. If you're going around town a lot then rent a car as the taxi here is $50. Not sure fares back to strip as I had local transport & never went near the strip! Rooms have complete... More

We are staying here after a few nights on the strip so having the pool to ourselves and proper relaxing is nice. Were here for a conference in red rock so its handy at 12$ a taxi. But it cost us 50$ to get here from the strip so wouldn't be great if I want to get over there a... More

After a long week of business travel in texas, and new mexico, the last meeting was in Las Vegas. I was looking for a non-smoking, quiet, contemporary hotel with all of the amenties a business traveler would want and need. This was it! I was welcomed warmly, and my needs for printing and scanning several documents were met with a... More

I honestly don't understand the big bruhaha about this hotel, especially in Vegas, where you can find much better ones at the same price level, as long as you know where to look (JW Marriott, for example). They are trying to put Westin lipstick on the Element cow. There is nothing Westin-ish in this inn, because that's what it is.... More

On the surface, this is a beautiful hotel. The positives: I liked the concept of a "green" hotel. Location is okay - further from the strip than we expected but perhaps that had to do with the fact that we're not familiar with the area (took us longer to get anywhere!). Front desk staff and the breakfast personnel were friendly,... More

I should start off by admitting that I'm not a fan of the Vegas strip, so the fact that this was away from the strip and didn't have a casino anywhere in sight is a HUGE plus for me. The property is quite close to the Red Rock hiking area, which is a great place to explore, as well as... More

I am a huge fan of Starwood properties and wanted to try the Elements brand. I'm looking forward to trying them out in other cities. I didn't spend tons of time in the room but this hotel is reasonably priced and close (15 minutes) to the Strip and airport. I was most impressed with the breakfast--great selection and very friendly... More

We wanted to be away from the strip and this was the perfect place. Quiet, out of the way, reasonable-sized hotel, pet-friendly, green, with special hybrid parking. The rooms are comfortable, reasonably priced, and the king suites have full kitchens. The staff are very helpful and offer suggestions for nearby dining. The breakfast includes an egg-white option and the smoothies... More

I stayed at the Element for my first time last Sunday and it was phenomenal! I wanted to get away from the Las Vegas strip and have a relaxing night on my own. The Element was about a 15 drive (or less) away and was perfect for me. It's a smaller hotel and all eco-friendly. The room had beautiful amenities... More
