Went to Vegas for a last minute vacation with the family. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and haven't been unhappy until is time. There was an issue with our rooms or like they liked to call a miscommunication. The rooms we paid for we're booked in the old tower which we did not ask for. They over... More

The pictures of these rooms drew me in. When we checked in they were not as I had expected at all. We had an early 1990's room with a not-quite-functioning bathtub, very thin walls and simply NOT what was in the picture. We stayed in this room 3 nights and could hear our neighbor snoring and our other neighbor's conversations... More

We knew before we arrived that the hotel's location was not optimal if we were going to spend the majority of our time on the strip; just be aware that nothing in Vegas is as close as it looks, so it's a long, long walk to get to the core of the strip. Of course, you can always take the... More

I guess with this hotel you have to know what you are looking for. I was looking for a hotel with a good deal, that I could feel safe in, that had a buffet, and also had slots. This hotel had all and then some. I stayed at the Stratosphere in August of 2011 upon my return from Afghanistan. It... More

I got a great offer for two nights (New Years Eve and New Years night) with my girlfriend, so we flew out and really enjoyed ourselves. The hotel was nice, the location was good for New Years Eve, and the views are 2nd to none. We started off at the top of the tower for drinks, and partied for New... More

Repeated failures. No attempts made by the hotel to resolve their consistent errors. Would never stay again. I've never met such rude, arrogant, unhelpful, and lazy customer service staff at a hotel in my life. The employees on the casino floor, operating the elevators, and working security were excellent though. There was also one helpful lady who answered when I... More

Our bedroom was not as advertised, but it would have been fine if it wasn't for the bathroom. The bathroom was falling apart. The shower head was coming out of the wall, the towel bar was falling off the wall, the toilet paper bar was broken. And the worst part was that the bathtub was covered in mold. More

My friend and I stayed there for 4 nights last November. The staff was nice and the diner (Roxy's Diner) is really cool. The rooms are pretty old but not too bad. The casino isn't huge but it has pretty much everything you'd want in a casino. The tower is really cool. We didn't like the location - the hotel... More

Thank you for your review about Roxy's and the hotel. Besides the bus stop you can walk to the monorail station just up Las Vegas Boulevard to get to the other end of the strip. Sarah Warner Bilello Hotel Manager Sarah.Bilello@stratospherehotel.com More

The room itself was one of the upgraded new rooms, and was quite nice. But it certainly needed to be for the additional premium per night. I had specifically requested a smoking room, but was given a non-smoking room, next to the noisy ice machine. The Casino was great, but there is not nearly enough to do in that Hotel,... More
