My Husband is currently stuck in the US due to his passport, spending money and car keys being stolen out of his suit case in his room. He travelled down for a hockey tournament and the theft happened while they were at a game on Friday. The Canadian embassy is not open on weekends. The hotel has not offered any... More

Stayed here on a business trip hosted by my organization. Everything suffered from being on the cheap. Staff service was slow. The venues were full of coupon holders and the physical plant was threadbare. The location was not only seedy, but dangerous. Staff warned us not to go outside

The good things: amazing view from the tower, the rides were awsome, prices of the rooms were great, and the staff was really helpful. the bad things: rooms were a bit outdated especially the showers. the ventilation in this casino is the worst. We breathed more smoke than air. And the worst part for me was the phone signal, I... More

Good: Big room, nice view, awesome pool area, and free pass to the stratosphere tower which has unbelievable views, especially at night. Other considerations: Like most Vegas hotels, they have a resort fee that they tack onto the rate, so you may not be getting quite the bargain you think you are. DON'T GET ROOM BY ELEVATOR IF YOU WAKE... More

Nice hotel, clean, large comfortable rooms, great family hotel. A little way from the main strip but excellent if you have small children as not too busy, plenty of nearby food places. Bus stops right outside $8 for a 24 hour pass. Buses run 24 hours a day. Guests get free access to the top deck of the stratosphere which... More

We stayed for 4 nights. There was a long line at check-in but the hotel had lots of staff working and the line moved very quickly. We had a room on the 17th floor looking east...not a view room but still nice. The first morning the shower filled with water above my ankles and then didn't drain. I called front... More

Don't expect a luxury hotel! The Stratosphere is a 3 star hotel! There's no fridge or microwave, and also there isn't even the possibility of having breakfast included on the rate, if you em want to have breakfast there are some options inside the casino. On the other hand the rooms are spacious, quiets, clean and the beds are very... More

The hotel lies actually on the north extension of the strip which is about 0.7 km from the begining of the actual strip ,the deuce bus gave it life ,as it passes every 15-20 min the station lies directly infront of the side door of the hotel ( beside the buffet) it takes about 11 stations to reach the center...
