The Staff at this hotel always make me feel like I am welcome guest and in fact make me feel like I am home. All of the employee's at this property do an outstanding job, from Starbucks to house keeping.

Every year i make a trip to Vegas and every year i stay at the Westin. Biggest perk is that it's non-smoking so i can catch a breathing break from being inside smokey casinos all day. Second perk is that although it's off the strip it's literally a block away from everything. Third is the Hibiscus Spa - a fantastic... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Westin. The room was spacious and clean but not well stocked. We had to ask for extra toilet paper a couple times, we got toothpaste instead of toilet paper. The staff were helpful and friendly, the spa was lovely and the pool area very nice. The happy hour was a nice touch and... More

Just an average hotel compared to other hotels in vegas. Casino is small, nothing much happening there. There is only 1 restaurant attached, and it is very expensive. Also, you would have to walk around 10-15 min (by walk) to get into the strip. Its better off to pay extra buck and stay in some hotel in the strip. This... More

Clearly in competition with hilton chain. Given breakfast, free wifi and a manager type reception. But concert a quarter of mile away so loud that windows, and my inner organs vibrated. Whilst hotel has perhaps no control over the concert which finished at 1am and sound check at 6am, could have told me or moved to front of hotel. Did... More

I recently stayed here during the first week of April for a business conference. The hotel is average and nothing remarkable about the property. However, there is a concert venue adjacent to the north side of the property that is of professional quality and is so loud that it feels as if you are in front of the stage while... More

Stayed at many Westin brand Hotel's and although I knew this wasn't going to be the classic Las Vegas overindulgence, it certainly left a lot to be desired. Check-In was great, super friendly staff at the front desk...but that's really the only category where the experience matches Westin quality. Like others have said, rooms are pretty worn out. There is... More

As a SPG (slave) I booked this hotel and was pleasantly surprised to find it right next to the Flamingo, which happens to be my favorite place on the strip. Exec lounges in America do not offer any free alcohol so I didn't bother with that. The casino is nice in the hotel, I happened to win at the crap... More

You shouldn't go to this hotel expecting it to be as fancy as the Bellagio or as chic as Encore, but you know what, it's also not as expensive as any of those either. This hotel is great value, and as long as you manage your expectations accordingly, you'll have a great stay. As a Starwood Platinum, I like getting... More

Boring. Like a traditional hotel but with tons of smoke in the lobby. Nothing to write home about. But if you're expecting it to be a "nice Westin", then I think you need to look elsewhere. Not terrible but definitely not a place I want to stay again.
