Overall the experience an hotel was amazing. Rooms were clean, staff were polite and friendly. Only downside was the so called trip you get sold, in the hotel lobby they take you aside and offer you cheap show tickets and money to eat or gamble which sounds ok. They say to get this you have to go on a south... More

Spent 5 days at Luxor for soccer tournament with my girls. This was hotel contracted by tournament or I would have never picked it. Room was smelly and outdated. Staff was average-poor for customer service. Exercise room was nice and clean and so was pool. Casino was average. Buffet brunch on Saturday was not good and overpriced. Valet service was... More

If you want a luxurious, mid-Strip, normal hotel - do not book here! If you want to be a bit off the Strip - about 10-15 minute walk from New York, New York - want more money to spend on gambling/over-priced drinks, love novel experiences and have always fantasized about staying in a pyramid - this is for you.... Make... More

We had an issue with the room not having a king-size bed, and the room offeder in it's place was not made up, but the customer service was awesome. They did everything they could to make it right with us.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Luxor hotel in Las Vegas. We were only there for a night but our stay was very pleasurable. The Desk attendant upgraded our room since we were only there for a night and gave us some discount food coupons. Our room was equipped with a Jacuzzi and a fantastic view of the... More

This Casino was very entertaining. The main hall is huge, and it really seems to be one of ancient egypt building. It's on south side of the strip. Funny atmosphere, very nice rooms, clean and big. Good choice if you want to go to vegas and spend money to gamble and not to sleep but with quality.

The Luxor is a great hotel to stay. The staff is kind, the pyramid alone seems like something out of a science fiction movie. However, it lacks the polish it held back in its hey day. It needs a modern makeover to compete with the newer hotels opening down the blvd.

Checked in early and was told if I gave a 20.00 fee I could have my room then. If not, they would text me when room was ready. Regular check in was at 3pm. At 4pm I still didn't have a text so had to go ask for my room. The whole concept of an extra fee for a room... More
