I'll never stay again. Sinks don't drain! Overall, disgusting. Casino very dirty. To smokie. We'll pay extra for better hotel, next year. With the money your taking in, we see no reason for uncleanlyness.

We had a great stay at the luxor we cant really complain about anything other than the awful buffet at the More restaurant at the base of the pyramid. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. on the other hand there are a few restaurants to eat in mostly fast food joints. We stayed in the west tower I... More

We had a great experience. The Luxor is a top notch hotel with a friendly hardworking staff. Chek-in was quick and painless. Check-out was the same. We had nice views from our room. We could walk our take the tram to other nearby resorts.

I am a frequent business traveler that have stayed at many different hotels and resorts all across the country in the past 25 years. I went to Las Vegas for a business conference in October and decided to stay at the Luxor for this trip since I always thought it would be a unique hotel experience (little did I know... More

Save your money and don't book the big $600 a night hotel rooms. We saved ourselves some cash and stayed at the luxor. It has all of the amentities that we wanted and a very friendly staff. All phone calls were answered promptly and the service to our room was quick and friendly as well. We will be back.

I stayed as part of a package deal with the Airlines so it did not cost much. I expected it to be dated and was correct. The rooms were clean which is a plus. The air conditioning was something you expect from a super 8 in the 80s. I got back to the room and it was barely working. You... More

By Vegas standards the Luxor gets just an adequate rating from us. We spent 5 nights here because we got such a good deal through MLife. We were in the Pyramid and it is in desperate need of an update. The room was fairly large but furniture was worn and dingy. They have a nice big shower but there was... More

Visited Las Vegas for a hospitality related conference. The Luxor was selected as the hotel to house all of the students. Check-in took approximately 30 minutes as there was an issue with our reservation and treated us as "walk-in guests". As a "gesture of good will" they honored our group rate. Being in the industry myself, the gesture of good... More

Our annual trips to Las Vegas always require staying in the Luxor. We love the pool, the delicious buffet, and the good service we receive there. We saw Chris Angel on one of our trips plus The Human Body and the Titanic artifacts display which are all at the hotel. We always have fun staying at the Luxor!

Poor service at check-in no smile or warm welcome and when I asked for help with my bags she looked at me like I was nuts. I waited 15 minutes for the bellboy who was more welcoming then the check-in lady. The room was shabby and dated with peeling wallpaper and a really funky smell like sour milk and vinegar... More
