LUXOR East Tower was suppose to be better than the rooms in the Pyramid structure. A few weeks ago, we stayed several days in their East Tower. We paid a lot more but the similar problems existed: 1) Ripped carpet in the hallway and wallpaper; chipped paint in the bathroom 2) Room was tiny but comfortable; Room smelled like rotten... More

From the moment you arrive, you look on at awe at the splendor of the outside of the building. .. but inside ?... standing in line for over a hour to check in ?... tiny rooms that have a nice view of the car park. ..as for the pool area ?... what a dirty shabby excuse for a recreation area... More

The pyramid is amazing, and the way we feel inside it is really something. The rooms could be reformed though, cause they're a bit too old and show for how many years they've been there. The pool was half closed, and this was quite disappointing. Wifi wouldn't work in the room, so we had to use the Ethernet cable. But... More

Looks very cool full of glass from the outside. Free car parking for your stay which you can get to on the road which goes behind The Excalibur and Mandalay Bay. We stayed in the Pyramid not the tower. The rooms in the pyramid all open out on to the main Luxor entertainment/lobby areas therefore there is a constant hum... More

Very poor customer service at front desk and housekeeping. my room did not get clean one day so I called the front desk and ask to speak to Manager on Duty. Peter the Manager on Duty said he only take care of the check in and check outs. He said I have to deal with housekeeping. Also the air condition... More

The hotel is very central easy to go to other hotels as there are walkways linking the Excalibur Hotel which links to New York New York, MGM and so on. The buses are easy to catch and the tram stop is very near the hotel. Shopping outlets easy to get too and the airport is not too far. The hotel... More

Stayed here in May 2014 very classy rooms clean and very comfortable and affordable. The good thing about this hotel you don't have to walk through gaming area to go to your rooms. Staff were excellent. We had a large RV Motor home and they accommodated a space for parking. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Las. Vegas.... More

We were in Luxor in August 2013 and it was really cool. The Hotel is like pyramide and the elevators were a little scary. It was a great expirience to try something so unique. The pool is great. Overall a good place to stay. The only problem for me was the wifi. It wasn't good at all.

Stayed in a suite in the East tower. Large separate living room. Very comfortable king bed. Even had a bar area and fridge. Concierge service was fantastic. Saw the Chris Angel show. Very entertaining.

Came here for a two night stay and was assisted by Alex at check-in, he was great. Polite, helpful- informed him it was both mine and my boyfriends birthday and he upgraded us from a Pyramid Suite to a Tower Premiere Suite. The room wasn't nearly as pretty as it's pictured on the website. It was still nice, spacious for... More
