Have stayed at the Fremont several times now and it is very old but still serviceable. Staff is friendly and helpful table games have low minimums and machines are much looser than strip but a little tight for downtown IMO. The Casino is very smokey and rooms are on the small side. I would recommend requesting a room away from... More

While the location of this hotel is good, in the middle of the Fremont Experience, the hotel is just OK for the price. There's lots to do in the area and getting around on the bus and down to the action on the strip is super simple. The smoky casino and poorly playing slot machines are not a draw. The... More

Outdated rooms and casino - would not recommend... Smokers everywhere in the lobby and casino - yikes. Blankets were so thin that I woke up freezing (it was cold around 36F in Vegas) and room service took forever to get a second blanked.

After checking into our room my wife and I went to the tables. I asked for a drink and after 1/2 hour decided to go get one myself. It seemed like nobody that evening was interested in serving. After I got back to my room and in bed, it sounded like airplanes flying over us. I found out that my... More

I managed to book the hotel for $55 a night during convention so this was an unmatchable value. Hotel is well connected to all the places (airport, convention, outlets) through RTC, but please be aware that during evenings buses may avoid the stop next to the Fremont due to the street's light show. That's how I skipped my bus heading... More

I took my wife and adult daughter to the Fremont Hotel and Casino for a two night stay. We booked a room double occupancy with two full beds. I was impressed with the room being that it's an older hotel. It's been upgraded and the room was no frills. The room came standard with a safe but we would have... More

My husband and I stayed at the Fremont from Dec. 31 until Jan 4. We had friends who got married at the Golden Nugget on January 2, so most of the group was staying in the Fremont area, rather than the Strip. We had read other reviews of the Fremont before we went, so we were able to manage our... More

The staff is what sold the room for me . I'm not a big shot and felt more at home here . I never felt any pressure to tip big or to buy something . In fact they were always telling us of bargains and recommending cheaper transits to downtown . The room itself was old and nothing in it... More

This place is totally awesome I stay here every time I go to Vegas. They do not have a resort fee they do not charge you for free valet parking. The food and Tony Roma's is absolutely a wonderful value. The rooms are beautiful I got upgraded to a suite at no additional charge which I really appreciated.. I like... More
